Yesterday, I went to a winter formal which was masquerade themed.Seeing as though I haven't been to a formal in a while, I decided to go.I made a sexy mask and it was silver.Personally, it was too small so i cut it up and the hole for the eyes were too small and i got plastic in my eye.joyyy =P

I also remembered why i don't go to formals often.theyre quite expensive.my dress, which was sparkly and purple was about $80, along with my jewelry added another $20, and the ticket was $10.I had to pay for it all, which i did not appreciate.Who knew that a nice night would be so expensive?Not I, that's for sure.I wore my nice black shoes, that i've never worn before.they were cute, but after the dance, the bottoms were broken, chipped and nasty, which I did not appreciate very much =[

I went with christina, and honest to say, my inability to see the entire night with heels on made me feel like a lost,blind prostitute, looking for directions to the nearest corner.But i guess i enjoyed myself, although i really feel that all the money i spent wasn't worth the night, especially since christina wanted to bail out before 10.Like, honestly, if you didn't want to go to a formal, why waste your time and money?so i left, seing as she was my ride home and my friend.blah.

We went to allie's house afterwards, and had a great time.We watched cassidy haley music videos and lady gaga's telephone video.At some times it was pretty awkward, but it was amusing in general.

In general, i'd say it was a pretty good night, but some things could have been edited out.I'd much rather stay at home and wear a dress then go to a formal to be grinded on.uggh XP
