random - We are in Japan, mostly in Tokyo, in 2032. The aera of the town has almost doubled and a new technologie has taken over the landscape. Six years ago, the explosion of a underground laboratory has destroyed a remote district and killed all the people living there. This part of the city was abandoned by the leaders and is now inhabited by revolutionaries, poor families and youngs people. Surprisingly, this part who could have become a place of debauchery and violence is now transformed into a fairly safe place where people decided to take charge of themselves and helps each other, despite the hardships they have endured. The vegetation was a bit mixed with the buildings and houses to form a strange but delightful mix.
She's the daughter of one of the leaders of the city who is conducting some experiments. He even let her daughter be used to be a guinea pig.
When she enters the second phase, like I said before, her eyes turns red. She can control the magnetic fields, which allows her to move while floating. She can also use the metal surrounding it to form other things and defends herself. She can temporarily lose control of herself and become quite frightening.
