Story of my Life?
Its not about you! Its about me!
Possibly My Most Epic Post Ever
After what seemed like and eternity of pain, James' eyes snapped open wide. In all the pain and torment he was left in, he knew what he had to do in life. To remove himself from everyone who he considered a friend would mean that none of them could get hurt by him. To also take the powers of Hell with him, James knew he could control it and even manipulate it to his advantages with proper time. He had already done away with his more human ways when Sora had left and he died for his second time. Almost nothing human remained left in his soul to corrupt anymore.

James eased himself to his feet, brushing dirt and dust off of his clothes as he straightened himself up and stretched his joints. There was going to be no long goodbyes, no thanks and praises to those he cared dear for, the simpler the better. He almost ran to the door of the tavern, extending his right hand up as he stood in front of the door and shouted a quick phrase that sent the doors flying open and nearly breaking off their hinges as James blew past the doors and up the stairs to his room. He stood in front of it only thinking for a moment before placing his hand against the door, his eyes now glowing with a fiery sadness of a man who had nothing to lose. As the door opened, and his eyes pierced into the dark room, a boy stood in front of him.

Alex stood perfectly still, staring at his father and his glowing eyes.

"Are we.. leaving dad..?"

He asked, sadness filling his voice as he thought of his mother, half sister and cousins.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
James remained silent for almost an entire minute before nodding slowly. He knew there was no easy way to say it, but nothing was easy in life. And with the life he lived, it as now or never that he started teaching his son the ways of the world.
"Yes my son.."
James said, his tone deep with only fragments of his normally tender and caring voice remaining.
"...and we will probably never return. The likes of us are not welcome here, maybe nowhere in this world. But even as it dies we will remain and must make due till it is our time to pass into dust.. Now come, we must leave this wretched place to our true home. Away from the pain, sadness, and betrayal."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Without any objections, Alex walked over and took his fathers hand tightly with his.

"I understand.."

He muttered, holding back light tears.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"We will be happier else where. And I will raise you as a real father should, and with a real family to help us."
James squeezed Alex's hand as he led him down the stairs and past everyone in the bar, never once even bother to glance at them. As they passed the doors, James muttered a small phrase and the the slammed shut behind them. He took a glance up at the moon, knowing the eclipse was about to pass, he scoffed at the fact that it took this long just for someone to get around to finishing the job he started.
"We leave this place now..."
James' voice echoed even though his lips did not move.
"..in knowing we will be happier. I as The King of Hell and my sons as the new heirs to that throne, leave this place of damnation and will never return to this place..."
He growled as flames burst from his eyes and his three horns ripped through his forehead. James looked down at his son with sharp teeth and smiled at him with burning eyes.
"..you are all I need now.."
With that, James and Alex disappeared from the tavern, all trace of their existence taken with them as nothing of them remained.
