The Rejected Olympics have been a lot of fun. 3nodding Even though my city (Durem) isn't doing very well at all... All the activity has brought back a lot of the muscle mass that I lost in the devastation back in Mauserak. I am amazed at the transformation. I decided to go to Salon Durem and change my eyes as well as my hair. My old look didn't go well with the new me. I'm so proud to be a Gaian now.

I saw a man steal a woman's purse today. The man was quickly apprehended and arrested, though. Despite Durem's high crime rate, it's nothing like the chaos back in Mauserak where justice had been lost to the anarchy long ago...

It's time to put that behind me now! The chaos in Mauserak cannot be helped. Is it good or bad that I sometimes feel guilty for having escaped? I shouldn't feel guilty for having a good life, but I do. How can I enjoy my new life when so many are still suffering back in the place that was my home? I suppose Mauserak will always be a part of me... How can I ever forget with these wretched scars? I'm not sure I would want to forget, though. To forget Mauserak would mean forgetting my father and even though I miss him terribly, I will always cherish his memory.
