Cyber-Punk Special Operations
I want to create a futuristic special operations role play.
Where each player controls an augmented soldier of a cyber-punk world under command of an NPC team coordinator.
Each member would be an elite soldier prepared for any scenario but would ultimately specialize to one field operation set.

In order to accomplish such a system I will require several things.
A Field Operation Roles & Equipment list
An Augmentations and Cybornetics list
A field conduct rule set
And a detailed list of Weapons and equipment.

Feb. 19th 6:09 PM Field Roles

Okay so I have decided to begin listing off and thinking up field operation roles.

Electronic Warfare would be charged with breaching networks and hacking systems for information or control of target systems.
Primary weapons - SMGs, Assault Rifles

Engineer would be charged with operation and maintenance of vehicles as well as the disabling of enemy vehicles. Their forte are machines overall and if something must be done manually, the engineer will be the one to do it.
Primary weapons - Shotguns, Assault Rifles, Rocket & Missile Launchers

Demolitions would be charged with tactical use of explosives for dynamic entry and target destruction.
Primary weapons - Assault Rifles, LMGs, Demo Charges

Recon would be charged with infiltration, scouting and sniping.
Primary Weapons - SMGs, Snipers

Tactician would be charged with team coordination and heading up the line with superior tactical knowledge and basic ability in various weaponry. The closest thing to a team leader.
Primary Weapons - SMGs, Assault Rifles, Shotguns, LMGs

Feb 21st 3:30pm Augmentations

Each operative would be more than just the best in their field, but also able to be their own person and think on their feet. To aide in such efforts, those in the unit are enhanced physically and mentally through genetics and cybornetics.
Pros and cons to each would be good, but at this time I am going to give their general purpose.

Cybornetic Alterations

TTI (Tactical Telemetry Implant) - Standard
Allows the unit to keep in contact via a nanotech broadcasting system with a military class encryption. Even without communications gear, all of the members can keep in contact with relative ease.

Enhanced Vision -Standard
The eyes are altered slightly, enanced to see with greater clarity at great distances. Also it gives one the ability to neurologically have a HUD, giving high priority feeds directly to your optic nerve in the form of nueron pulses.

Neurolink System - EWS only
Allows electronic warfare specialists to route a computer system's control through their data terminal and into their own mind. Through the partial safety of their data terminal, they can hack a system many times faster than one might do manually.

Cybornetic Prosthesis
When a limb is lost, it can be replaced with a super durable cybornetic prosthesis that even can feel tough. The touch receptors can be damaged, like nerves, and pain will be felt as a result, but unlike real limbs, the prosthesis can turn off the receptors.

Reinforced support
Joints, bones and ligaments are reinforced to prevent damage to the support system of the body. With this cybornetic augmentation, a man can land on his feet from four stories and be okay and take many tumbles without breaking a bone.

Natural Armor
Portions of body like the rib-cage and skull are given implants which keep to the standard of flexion and movement necessary for proper function but offer a natural armor against small arms fire and stab wounds.

Cybornetic Vision
Over-riding the enhanced vision implant, cybornetic vision replaces the eyes altogether with mechanical counter-parts to organic ones. These eyes do all that the enhanced vision do as well as give the bearer the ability to use night vision, infra-vision and a 2x zoom. Due to the massive complexity within these eyes, though, they can be easily damaged and must be replaced and serviced quite often. Naturally, if a bright light is shone when in nightvision mode, the user is blind until the implants can be replaced.

Vibro Sense
Implants within the ear canals allow the bearer to, at their will, have an enhanced sense of hearing. They are able to pick up the most minute of vibrations, but if using the implant and a loud sound occurs, the implants will become unusable and a sensation similar to shell-shock may occur within the bearer.

Biotech Alterations

Edocrine Enhancment
The body's hormone system is altered tremendously and when needed, the body can respond with excess amounts of Adrenal etc. Carefully regulated with a small cybornetic implant to go with the genetic alteration, this genetic enhancement gives the soldier a ready amount of energy and power when allowed, improving the overall phsyical performance in the field.
The serious downside to this alteration is the tendancy towards largely heightened agression and serious thrill addiction to Adrenal, lowering the general processing power of their brain if influenced by such rage or addiction.

Muscular augmentation
Muscular fibers, under normal circumstances cannot use all of the power within them lest they shred to a million pieces. With the Muscular augmentation, though, the muscles are capable of using the very limits of their ability without harm to the muscle itself. The fibers are hardier and enhanced, but because of this, the person may end out tearing things like ligaments or tendons. Also, the repair of these fibers is a long process, longer than it takes normal muscle to recover and requires special protein injections to rebuild the tissue.

Rapid healing
Nanobots in the bloodstream quickly repair wounds in the body, aiding the natural systems of the body to the point of healing wounds normally unable to be healed naturally. The speed at which the nano-bots can repair the body, though, is dependant upon a high calorie diet. THus, if a person causes their wounds to rapidly heal they may faint from lack of energy. The nano-bots are at the beckon call of the person, but without discretion, can do more harm than good.
Quote:

In other news I was considering using a capacity system where each person can only carry so much.
Thus making the cybornetic eyes and such much more coveted, because it is one less thing you have to carry. Especially on your head.

I will continue working on this at a steady pace.

What happened to restraint, America?
Not but ten minutes ago, I had the visual and audio pleasure of watching Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World's End.
Standard to the PotC saga, the movie was charactered, well filmed and, overall, interesting. I cannot say I was displeased by any of it, no, but it was not quite as good as the original.
Things slowly seemed to morph from the classic pirate legend feel to a bit more of an involved fantasy story. Of course that was accelerated most of all in Dead Man's Chest. Alas I must gripe about one thing: graphic violence.
In general, pirates started as a non-graphic violent feature, rather than showing somone get hit square in the head by a bullet and their eyes roll back in their head.
Oh yes, that was a scene in "At World's End".
Frankly I wouldn't mind if I felt it had a point, but when the movie is rated PG-13 I have to curl my lip in disgust at those who review for ratings.

Alas, I concede, as that is not my initial point.

America!
What happened to restraint?

National Treasure: Book of Secrets
Rocky LXII?
And let me guess, Free Willy 8?

Oh yes that will go well.
I have heard people say that this is the year of sequels, well frankly I am pissed off beyond reasoning over it. It's as though each company thinks great things will happen from having a multi-part movie.
I am extremely sick of it!!
Can anyone remember when movies mostly came as individual features?
When somone was able to comfortably fit a nice story into a two or three hour block and add a satisfactory ending while not closing absolutely all ties?
I can!
It seems thus far, that American film makers are currently unable to leave any form of an open end without having to make a sequel.
What the ******** are we; Obsessive compulsive?!
Get help!
My aunt is a psyche nurse if you want her number, I am sure she can roll you up in a rug or something.

But, in seriousness, why can't we just have great films remain great films and not have retarded cousins?
When you know somone who is cool, but you don't know them too well, you don't want to get to know their inbred in-laws!!
I am sorry people, but it just speaks volumes about our movie industry; the fact that every major feature that has emerged in the past year has had or is going to have a sequel.

Now of course that is an exaggeration, but please understand where I come from with this!

DOES THIS PISS ANYONE ELSE OFF?!

Agh.

Contemplation
It's past mid-night and I am idle.
Not ever a good thing.
Sitting and staring into the half distance, eyes unfocused and mind wandering.
My eyes came into focus and I moused over an image file located on my desktop, not as a shortcut, but actually saved there. I knew what the picture was and clicked on it.
Ian's picture came up on the screen. Small in size, it was his SLA Crusaders basketball picture.
He always was a good player.
Then out of the blue, my heart beat pulsed hard for one beath and Kate's voice ran through my head again.

"Victor and Ian are dead."

Moments before I was writing up a profile for a friend's role play and I was fine, now I am just so...
No, not what you are thinking. I am not depressed.
I am just contemplative... silent...
I suppose it is due to my fatigue.
But even still... it bothers me that though I have comfort in my Faith, sometimes... Kate's voice.. the tone... the volume... the monotone quality... the voice that usually is a nice sound to here suddenly throbs in my memory and my heart feels faint for a rapidly passing moment.
Already I am back into my tired state, out of my short sadness.
It is all too strange, even still.
As a monster lurking in my mind in surfaces when a lull in thought comes, and I experience the same weak feeling I did when I got the call, all over again.
Suddenly falling back into the chair in the Hickeys' basement and just staring... half heartedly across the musty room.

In time it will pass, I hope.

And so for now.. I suppose I should stop talking about it before I have another occurance.

C'est La Vie

Role play in the works.
The year is 5312 and the world is an oceanic orb in space.
What cities and civilizations there are, have no choice but to rely on machines for survival.
In 5033 the polar ice caps melted , and our total land mass shrunk by 60%. What remains is now coveted by the nation sof the world and the nation with the most land has power over the agriculture industry. Though, in the past 10 years perfections of the plan to build undersea domes fed sunlight by fiber optics has caused a ray of hope for the smaller nations of the world.

Time line:

The Age of Recovery

5000 A.D.
Armageddon War fallout radiation at safe parameters.
Affirmed that all cities across the earth where destroyed with countless fatalities.
Less than 1/4th of the human population remains.
Diary of one J. Adler discovered in abandoned fallout shelter.

5010 A.D.
The United Coalition Of Humanity formed under Samuel A. Foler.
Foler confers at Mt. Caramel with the remaining leaders of the world and the Armageddon Relief Plan is formed.

5030 A.D.
Visible results of excessive global warming cause the loss of shore lines and floods many low elevation areas.
"Build Up and Aim High" campaign is started under the leading force of the U.C.O.H.

5060-5070 A.D
Humanity successfully combats the massive flooding.
A boom of discovery and rebuilding occurs.
America is re-formed under the lead of President William. C. Dupoit.

5090 A.D.
Unbenounced arrival of Alien visitors to earth following strange and then, unexplained, meteor showers.
The Uch'Wi Ambassador meets with the United Nations council.
The Humanitarian Pact is formed with Uch'Wi Ambassador Nul'khan.
Arrival of Alien technology and help Ushers in the Age of Discovery.

The Age of Discovery

5100 A.D.
Fusion reactors put into place and used across the planet.
Duravia emerges as a fast growing state in what was once Europe.
Michael Aiden elected as Prime minister of Duravia.

5250 A.D.
The earth classified by the Uch'Wi as an intelligent planet and the extraterrestrial race departed.

5251 A.D
The Christmas Peace Accord is established by the New U.N.

5270 A.D
Duravia emerges as a militant force, in direct violation of the Christmas Peace Accord.
Duravia now called the Dura Empire.

5300 A.D
The Dura Empire, Headed by Emperor Michael Aiden II, controls most of intelligent earth.

5302 A.D
The Black Raven Mercenary force is formed...

World War III, as it was called while it was going on, became known by the survivors as the Armageddon war. When it ended... it ended in Nuclear fire.
Missles from across the globe burned and purged the earth of over 3/4s of it's population, destroying ultimately all sizable cities on the planet and causing a 30 year lull where most of the survivors went through a trial of survival in Fallout Shelters. It would be 250 years before the earth was reconstituted.
Visited my extraterrestrials in the rebuilding stages, they formed a Humanitarian Pact with the Aliens and their efforts where bolstered by the friendly pressence.
The Aliens known as the Uch'wi left in 5250 to return home.
It was only 2 years after their leave that an emerging state in what was once Europe came out as a militant force and took a great deal of the nations that where so unsuspecting.
They became known as the Dura Empire.

Tools of the Trade:
Every Mercenary has their own style, but when you're part of the Black Ravens, there are certain things that is OUR style, and my men hold to it.

Any of these military body armours are acceptable in my ranks.

Ar20 Power armour
Ar12 Infantry armour
Ar7 Light armour
S13 Stealth Suit.
S20 Stealth Light Armour

All personelle will be equipped with a Comcast Model 507 Communicator.
From here on in it's your choice what you carry.

Drow!
Gaia Username: Andreis
Character Name: Kaidras Val'Fein
Sex: Male
Ace: 223
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Race: Drow
Class: Shadow Assassin
Description: Swathed in black cloak and coat to hide his figure, Kaidras of house Val'fein is an assassin for hire of the most lethal calibre. Often what one can see of him is a pair of daunting blue eyes and white brows. His face is covered by dark red cloth likened in color to that of his sword scabbards and quiver. Tall black leather sued boots come up above his knees and long gloves go the length of his fore arms. For armor of any sort, despite it's hidden nature, Kaidras does have some padded scale mail on his chest.
Personality: Surprisingly enough, Kaidras is not as malevolent as his brothers and sister, but still dark likened to his home. He cares for some, but does not take his job personally, hence why he is able to to do it.
Weapons:
Sardon:
The Dagger of the Val'fein houshold, passed on through the eldest for generations. It is composed wholely of adamantium with silver and gold laid into the handle and on the base of the blade. It is said to have been dipped into a foul pustulent mixture of toxins, venoms and poisons all of the most lethal resort, making it deadly in even the smallest cuts. It's effect never seems to run out and it has never been dipped in poison after the first, yet it still remains potent.
Elghinn:
Kaidras' personal sword. Nothing impressively large or heavy to cut through armor or any other such thing, but it is light and extremely sharp, able to make peircing stabs with ease so long as the blade does not make contact with a solid plate of armor. It's blade is composed of Adamantium, but it's handle is of steel with red leather ont he grip. The pommel is large red gem that is held in gold and looks as though it used to be part of something else.
Bow and Arrows:
A quite secretly made elven dark wood bow lays on his back with a quiver full of a poison tipped arrows.
Armor/Clothing: A chest of scale mail over a very dark red long sleeve shirt, though padded to prevent jingling. Over this has a black tunic of sorts with a belt that holds his dagger and sword as well as vials. Black pants with black long boots and finally his cloak which yields his Bow and quiver over it.
Items/Acessories: Vials of Poisons and Antidotes.
Biography: Kaidras Val'fein grew up rather averagely under his parents, taking the path that much of his family did, the path of the fighter. Everyone usually chose their own path, but for some reason many of the Val'fein house became those who befriended the shadows, they became assassins. For the longest time, Kaedras' father was in posession of the dagger, Sardon that was passed through the generations until he was killed on a job obviously too dangerous for him. It was a job to take out the head of a local theives guild that was growing bold. After his failure, the members of the Val'fein house became hunted and a war began.
The fights and tensions between the guild and the Val'fein house still remain, but have subsided for the most part. Kaidras, however, came into ownership of the blade after seeking out the man who specifically killed his father and killing him for it. It was his right to own it and he assured his damnation if he let the theif keep the loot. Now, Kaidras has mostly severed ties with much of his family and took up the path of a lone assassin. He does, however, have ties and friends in the upperworld above his shadowy home. Kelvin, being one of them.

Quotes:
"I can think of one hundred and forty one ways to kill you, the only problem is most of them involve you not knowing...."

Character of Dei'Chera
FINISHED!

Name: I am called Aston Dredgand

Kingdom: I serve the Great Kingdom of Cerridwen

Sex: I am a Male.

Age: I am living my 34th year.

Height: I stand at a staturesque 6'5".

Description: As a man, I can do nothing but describe myself in the best light I can, but in light of this general approach I will do my best to be honest.

For as long as I can remember I have always stood tall in comparison to a general person; A head above everyone else. When I was younger I had rich dark brown hair, though now it has become a salt and pepper mixture of brown and grey strands. I commonly keep my hair tied back low at the base of my skull and also keep a well groomed amount of facial hair around my mouth. A trimmed, but flush beard and a full mustache.

After years of life in the northlands and the decade that I have ridden upon the back of my Jade dragon, Jerrick, my skin has become ruddy and what some may consider, wind burned. My eyes are a calm green, like that of Jerrik's hide, only of a more earthen tone.

As far as clothing goes, I wear simple, but clean garb. A white shirt that is broad in sleeve and a pair of brown pantaloons with leather boots. I never go anywhere without my sword belt, which my Wakizashi is always attached to. Leaving that as my most basic attire, I sometimes wear leather gauntlets and a dark green Burnoose when the weather requires or when I feel so inclined. I do own other attire , though most of it is either occasion specific, or simply something I choose not to wear.

Personality: I consider myself a genuine man; though, I can be harsh. I am by no means somone who does not enjoy life, but I do not need to unsober myself to do so.

History: Throughout the years of my life I have seen many things: Exciting things, Sad things, Humbling things, Awe inspiring things.

Even so, there was no point in my life more exciting than my childhood.

You see, I lived a nomadic life with my parents and younger sister, Aislinn. Accustomed to the cold and possibly harsh weather, we traveled the north lands. Not in search of anything, mind you, but merely because my father wanted to. He was a stir crazy man with many talents and abilities. It was because of this that we were able to travel the north country at a consistent rate; moving about ever 3 months. These periods of time provided us room to get what money we could to restock before our next move.

It was not a bad life that, in fact, Aislinn and I, particularly, enjoyed. As energetic children we would play under the tower pines and hide in the low branches of the firs, running to mother and father whenever a sliver would plague our dirty little hands.
Despite this, though, my father felt as though he was dragging us around and would ask if we wanted him to give up the life that he cherished only second to his family.
We never told him "Yes Father' or "No Father", we would simply express how much fun we had in the lifestyle we led. We shared his joy for it and sincerely had hope, as his children, that we would continue to enjoy it for years to come.

Our life was not merely fun and fruitless, though, oh no. I learned many a skill through our life style and through my father; Skills that have stayed with me even to the current age.
We had a horse; He was a Chestnut Cob named Brent. Measuring it at about 14 hands with the muscular physique of a draft horse and the size of a quarter horse. He would pull our cart whenever we moved and would help us with work, whether it was turning soil, dragging lumber or toting us around.
Sometimes, father would saddle up Brent and take us riding through the forests and on the roads.
Of course once we were old enough to ride him alone, there wasn't enough Brent to go around.
Poor old guy was probably so tired by the end of a free day.
The skills that I learned in riding and respecting animals have helped me in my care for Jerrick and in my ability to ride skillfully, despite the obvious differences between dragons and Horses. Even something as simple as walking was a lesson for us. Walking gave us endurance, taught us patience, and helped keep us in shape. Even trudging through the storms that winter would throw at us, gave us a better understanding of how nature can be harsh, but through the harsh times you can grow and live on.
All in all, I could never recount the amount of things my father taught me.
I learned how to hunt, I learned how to treat wounds and frost bite, I learned respect for nature and others and I learned how to live off what nature gives us.
Life was a learning experience, not a dreaded school day.

At one point my father even taught me a bit of sea faring. It was on a trip that we took over the cold north ocean to an island not far from the mainland. We had spent some time before constructing our own boat with some local help.
I immediately loved it. The cool ocean spray, the air, the open calm.
It was only after we reached the island, that everything changed.
It was tragic...
My sister; little Aislinn, was taken from us.
We actually never found what happened to her.
My father and Mother searched the island tirelessly, calling her name into the deepest reaches in hopes of a response. No response ever came. We never did find her.
Over the next month and on our trip back to the mainland, my mother cried herself to sleep every night. It tore my heart open to think that Aislinn was gone and to think of how much pain my mother was in. I was merely 13 at the time and a strong boy, but not that strong.
The years after Aislinn's disappearance were... different and I grew to dislike them without my little sister there.

Slowly our hearts mended, though, and my mother and father were blessed with another child.
I had a baby brother; Little Aiden.
That was 2 years after Aislinn's disappearance, and now I was a man, helping my father with everything. I was his companion with ever piece of work he had and through these times I learned the deeper lessons of the hunt, and of nature. The lessons that only a man of age could be taught; and a man of age I was. 15 years old and nearly as tall as my old man.
He knew it was coming... but so did I.

Before I left my family to learn my way in life, I asked my father to make me a promise.
"To Never let his thirst for adventure outlive his ability to sustain it, because there was still someone who needed his father around to teach him all the things my father taught me."
At that time, little Aiden was a year old and the cutest little boy one could ever imagine. My mother stayed as strong as she could, but she did cry when I left even through her smiles and best wishes.

I had hidden it so long from my parents, so that they would not have to share the burden, but I was determined to find my little sister or the evidence of her death.

My search took me across the northern continent, and many times, back to the island that now haunted my mind.
For the next five years of my life I would spend my time in a Nomadic way similar to my child hood, but not because it was fun or enjoyable, but because I was compelled and determined to the highest degree possible.
I spent hours each day honing my skills to better my search, and sometimes I did not sleep, unable to quell the fire that pushed me onward.
It seemed was fair anymore. As even through the toil, nothing came of my efforts. I turned to the greatest teachers I could find in ever area of knowledge: bodily health, Weapons combat, survival, History, Mythology, Geography, Land life and Marine life.
Everything one could imagine and all for the means: To find my sister.
I was striving for knowledge and ability, never feeling quite adequate, but never giving up.

In reality, my mind was slowly driving downward and I was falling quickly from all that my father had taught me. Teachings of the ideology that made Cerridwen free was slipping away from my grasp.
I hadn't said a prayer in ages and I hadn't made a friend in just as long.
I was so obsessed with finding Aislinn that I lost so much through those years, and at the age of 20, I felt lower than I had ever felt in my life.
I had hit the bottom and was now sinking into the quicksand there at.

I was strong and filled to the brim with knowledge and ability. When I dug it up, I had an uncanny drive for success, as well; but I let it all fall to the lowest reaches of my soul. Sinking in my despair.
The fire that had burned in my eyes was fading along with my youthful mind and I was convinced that this was surely how I would die.
A week later, I was letting my body succumb to the dark state of mind I was in and I felt as though I had not eaten or drank water for weeks, in truth it being only hours since my last meal.
So I leaned on the nearest object I could find, the outside of the tavern as one would have it, to let me have peace in death, instead of the insisting failure that haunted me so.
I was going to die... Or so I thought.
It was only until I was confronted with my inability that I awoke from death's doorstep to see a new a path in life.

A man in shining armor, walking with a squire in tail and with a glorious shield and blade upon his back, stopped, looking at me for a moment through the helmet that shielded his face.
He never uttered a word until he removed his helmet and showed me the battle scarred, but just face of a High knight of Cerridwen; the face of a Dreakin.
The words he said to me that day were few, but sparked in me a new mode. He said,

"I see a fire in your eyes that is dieing for air; but you are choking it. The axe by your side is worn and ill-kept, but well used. I can see you have great ability, son of Cerridwen. Why are you letting it die when there is so much you could do?"

At that time, my appearance was wild and worn, so tired; so sick of failure, but with the words that the Draekin said, my heart began to beat fast, and my eyes lit again with fire as I watched him walk away.
He was so glorious and above me, using his abilities for the better of the kingdom... and the people.
From that point I knew that I wanted to use my abilities to a similar end. To use them as a Draekin.

That very day I made the most effort towards appearance that I had in years, and spent a restful night at he local inn. To those who had seen me prior, I was a new man, but to me, I was merely rekindled.

I spent a good portion of the day in preparation for what trials may lie ahead, cleaning and sharpening my Axe, selling what extra things I had, and getting information on the Draekin order of Cerridwen.
It was only after this, that I felt ready. I needed to prove myself worthy to be tried.
From the town of Dejim in the central north of Cerridwen I traveled for the capital to find how I could become a Draekin.
Despite the long trek, my burden was light, and I was filled with that same unstoppable drive to succeed. I felt better than I had in a ages.

I reached the capital within a week and there at I went straight to core. I went to the head master over the Draekin and asked him to try me. He was skeptical, though still inclined as I spoke with him, and eventually gave in. He said that he would not send a man to his death without proof first, so I was sent to do battle with some of the other Draekin as a first initiation.
The High knights thought little of me, so they paired me against one of their newest member. And after a short battle, to the surprise of the Draekin, I bested him and would have ended it with a quick downward slash, but as promised, no serious harm came of it.
The headmaster saw this and quickly had his decision. I was to be tried for the status of Draekin. My quest took all of a year and more and through it, my skills grew significantly.
I was forced to fight many battles that I did not choose during the time, and some of them were not merely against the creatures that so inhabit the northern forests. Thieves, Brigands, all the lowliest one could imagine. And finally, after months of search, I found what I so desperately sought, a Jade Dragon; and possibly the most unique one I had ever lay eyes upon.
He was a calm blue hued jade color with a creamy white underbelly and jaw. He had two prominent scaled dark bone horns at either side of his unusually wide head, pointing back and curving down. The moment I met eyes with the great creature, I knew he was to be the one that I would bind my soul to.
It was a battle that nearly ended my life on multiple occasions, but I was too determined to let myself die. We were both tired, him and I, and I was about to bind him when he turned tail and fled from me. It may not have been cowardice, but mere longing that caused him to flee. I felt I could not be a Draekin without this Dragon and so I persued him through the rest of the day and the night and when we met again, I was ready to give my all for a second round when everything grew calm. The moon shone it's light on the cool grassy outcropping from the nearby forest and our breath was visible as it was audible in the air.

All of the taught muscles strung across the Dragon's body suddenly relaxed and he heaved a breath of submission as he lay down his head down upon the cool ground.
At first I thought it to be trickery, but soon realized the Dragon's truthful submission.
It was one of the most humbling experiences I think I have ever had and even as we stood there, tired and bruised, our eyes were locked. I just remember swallowing hard and feeling as though I could shed a tear as I recited the enchantment that bound us to our dieing day.

The return trip was light hearted and I grew to enjoy the Dragons company. I could feel his longing for something, maybe just the fact that he was leaving the forest to join me in the capital made him nervous and homesick.
Our bonds only strengthened with each trial we shared though and those bonds where reinforced with ever session of Toss the Aston we had as well. Ever seen a dragon frolic?
It was 1 week into our trip when I came to the conclusion that I did have to quite name the dragon. I had only wished that the old boy was an old girl, because he would have recieved my sister's name.
As fate would have it, though, the Jade Dragon was a boy and I bestowed upon him the name Jerrick.
We returned to the capital by Air another week later, victorious and well rested as best friends.
We where welcomed by trumpets and other Draekin when we landed upon one of the posted landing pads. It was an exciting feeling, but we where both very nervous.
After a meeting with the Headmaster, we where to be inducted into the High Order of the Cerridwen Draekin. That was by far the most exciting moment to ever grace my life and if my memory serves I danced with Jerrick... but we have no need to go into that.
It has been about 12 years now... and I have come to the terms with the loss of my sister, while Jerrick and I are as close as ever.

Proficiencies: My proficiency lies with my ability to learn quickly and have a moderate ammount of knowledge in many areas. My honed skill lies within wielding my axe and within my survivability. I am quite good with throwing weapons as well, mostly spears and Axes, though. As a knight of cerridwen I am quite a woodsman as well.

Wargear: A short sleeve Hauberk of chainmail is the first peice of gear I wear. Secondly is a very silver Cuirass with a molded metal dragons wing sweeping up on my sword arm side. (Right side) A fully custom spaulder with a sweeping, spiked design covers my right shoulder and upper arm while A Vambrace with similar design covers my right fore arm. My left side would be seeming unprotected, but that would only be true if I was not using the cruved Triangle Pavise that I hold at my left side for battle. The Pavise is emblazen with the red silhouette of a verticle double bladed axe. To protect my legs I wear full Greaves and the knee length chainmail does the rest. To protect my head, I have a Corinthian Barbut with two dragons wings attached by the sound slots and two short horns at the top right and left side of the forehead above the brow peice.

Weapons: My primary weapon is an Axe with a strong head and a foot long blade face. A metal butting spike is attached at the top of handle and the wide bottom of the curved wooden handle has a formed peice of metal over it. Where the metal head attaches to the wooden handle is a tight criss cross of leather bindings.
My second weapon is a Wakizashi with a white handle and a blue scabbard with a folded damascus steel blade.
My mounted weapon is A broad staffed Darkwood lance that fans out to the vamplate painted white up to the handle and taking on the natural color from there.
Lastly I have of Javelins.

(Is it ok to say Set, because when a larger battle having more than one would definitely be a necessity.)

Dragon

Alias: Jerrick
Colour: A blue hued Jade
Sex: Male
Description: Jerrik is a blue hue of Jade with a creamy white underside and lower jaw. He has an unusually broad head with two thick, scaled horns on either back side of his skull that curve down ever so slightly. More small horns line his foreward chin betwixt whatever whiskers a dragon has and his brow follows suit with lines of short horns above his eyes. Jerrick also has some other odd traits about him. His neck is a little shorter than most dragons, but it adds to his over all thick and somewhat stream line body. His scales give him an intricate look as most dragons have and his tail has a very broad, but flate spade on it. His legs are very lean and fold in well to his body during flight dives or higher speed flight. His wing membranes have the same creamy white color on the undersides and a lighter jade color on the upper sides. Over all, his wings are very muscular fully capable.
Personality: Jerrik is somewhat child like and lively, but at the same time very reserved. He likes to play sometimes like a horse or other animal, but it is merely part of his nature. He is a fierce fighter when it comes to it, but he preffers not to fight if possible.

Evidence of a Corinthian Barbut. Though they spell it Barbute.
I figured you wouldn't care all THAT much Alpha.. so yea... if you want me to change it up I will. http://clang.adkinssoftware.com/helm%20pics/Mvc-460f.jpg

Bio: A decorated Army Ranger who saw his fair share of action in various different operations, known, and unknown. He retired to start a family after the last mission and when the conflict arrose he had 2 children but even so, took a Job as a hunter, feeling like he could be of use.
When he was taken up to the space station he had no idea what was to occur. He now blames the wreches for performing such a hollacaustic and horrendous deed. To his knowledge, his Family is dead, so Adrian is going through a tough time. He has become angry at the GENESIS heads and at the Experiments for not thinking about anyone but themselves... even so... he blames the experiments more than the creators, though. They had free will, and didn't have to do something so horrible.

Apperance: Adrien is a man of strong body and mind, standing at a solid 6 feet in height. His hair is a dark brown and short, but still thick. hHs jaw, defined and his eyes a cobalt blue that shows strength of mind, though a deep sadness now. He commonly wears a black undershirt with military fatigues and combat boots, modern body armor is in peices across his body. Shins, Knees, thighs, Fore arms, upper arms and torso. All underneath his clothing. Save the torso armor and his bare arms. A Flak vest goes over it all.
Cross straps hold grenades some launcher shells. 2 magazine cases hold extra mags for his 2 weapons and other equipment lies across his body, including, infra-red/night vision binoculars that can attach to a helmet if he so chooses to wear it. Most of the items are darker colored than stanard camoflauge, because he hardly ever needs camoflauge. His pistol lies in a thigh holster on his right side.

Government: "I.C.I"

Any Cybortic Enhancements: More for necessity, he has a cybornetic arm. Right arm.

Rise of the 4 seasons
Name: Arimeus(Ahrimayus)
Played by: Andreis
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Weapon(s): Faer ke'brei: A strangely crafted long blade with an unusually long handle and the ability to reflect or negate magical attacks and some elemental ones. The blade is made of a turquiose metal.
Powers: None.
Magic: Various Assault, assistance and modification spells usually of small scale. Serious charging is required to produce a result with any form of a kick to it.
Appearance: With long dark Auburn hair and a pair of rusty red eyes, Arimeus holds the appearance of one who is trying to camoflauge himself in a maple forest in autum. A red, open front, magicians robe with designs of maple leaves etched across it sits snugly over a red tinted brown leather chestplate and linen 1800s style shirt. A belt holds the robe together at his waist while also holding his spell book on his left and his sword across his rump; more pouches lay on the belt likewise to his chestplate. On his lower body, a pair of dark dusty red pants run down to meet his red tinted brown leather boots in a neatly messy fashion as the pants crumple a little where the boots hold them tight. 3 straps run around the back of the boots and each have a maple leaf design on the buckle.
Bio: A kind caracter indeed, Arimeus has been a follower of the spirit of Autum for all of his life. He grew up in a small town with big ideas. A simple life was his and he was a happy boy who absolutely loved fall. The leaves, the cool air and the sun. It was all a perfect mix for him. Well the boy eventually grew up and took on the task of studying magic. Unlike those who where interested in it for it's abilities, Arimeus studied the classic styles of magic for their interesting forms and the way it actually worked. When the conflict broke out, Arimeus visited The Shrine of Fallen leaves more often and more often. Eventually he practically lived there and would spend only time sleeping in the closest town. It was like an addiction to just be there; he has stayed a faithful follower of the Autum spirit even if he hasnt be able to visit the shrine for about a year.

HIs eyes are red spots amid pure blackness and his head is aflame with red fire as 'hair'. His skin appears to be all ash as it is coal colored and with cracks here and there that glow white hot to show heat beneath his first layers of skin, if you can call it skin. His mouth seems to have strips of leather or some cloth running over it like it was sewn shut, but it doesn't affect his talking ability. The great demon all in all is very hulking it seems and feirce. Standing about 9 feet tall with a wing span of about 12.
Bio: Chaos: the name given to a magical virus made and set loose over a thousand years ago. Nearly 1/4 of the human race became infected and transformed. It was a haneous device of destruction, however.. thanks to counter magics, most of the chaos beings where destoyed. Few remained, and disappeared from the fabric of time. Malice, disappeared from the surface of the planet. Actually, into orbit. There he lay, in a sleep in orbit. He would appear only as a chunk of space rock while there as dust had collected on his body, but now he has broken free. Awakened by the king of chaos' return. His entry will be soon....
