A Gimpi project I'm working on, its just a rough draft so far so don't expect anything pretty. I'm very eager to begin this project soon, the project is in great detail but has many mistakes, or things that need to be changed.

Gimpi Manga Project ;D

Gimpi was born from a bottling mishap from the mixture of a Imp Potion, and Devil Potion. The potions' were made to combine the potion's DNA with the host DNA, but because both potions' were mixed together on accident the two DNA's fought and fused together. Normally the DNA structure would not survive but the fight of the DNA created a offspring that it mutated around it to form a living egg. Over time the bottle opened from high carbonated pressure produced from gases released from the life form. The pressure blew the egg out of the bottle giving Gimpi a glimpse of air, it was able to quickly grow to the suitable flight form to protect it's baby inner self to grow, it was a defense mechanism that the brain triggers automatically. As soon it change back to a Impinoid form. A wild Animated came by and attacked Gimpi, it attacked one of its legs and damaged his eye, a local Barton Knight killed the Animated and took the baby imp to an orphanage... Gimpi was named Gimpi for his damaged leg. Gimpi grew up rather lonely, he had a damaged leg which was badly damaged but slowly healed from the Imp regeneration property's. But because he had to walk on crutches he was never able to play with the other orphans.
When Gimpi started his early teens he was very rough, easily harassing other children, he was very used to the idea of being lonely he pushed anyone trying to get to know him. His leg was healing so he started walking with a cane. He worked on mechanics and build a motorcycle from scrap metal in the junkyard, he soon snuck out at night riding in the night. The 3rd night he went out, was his last. He was caught in a middle of a thug fight, being punched, bruised, bleeding, and badly injured. A Angel imp by the name of Deen who worked in a near by Family Diner, he quickly went out and fought off some off the thugs' while quickly taking Gimpi to the Diner. The next morning Gimpi work up and was serve a breakfast from Deen asking about him, upon telling him he was an orphan and many other details. Deen quickly notices that Gimpi has a depressed nature and loneliness. Deen offers him to spend the week with his dad, as he does Gimpi slowly bonds with Deen and finally makes full confirmation that they are friends. Making that he is sure he made a first friend. After the week was up Gimpi quickly left back to the orphanage without anyone knowing, upsetting to Deen he gave a brief talk to his Dad and they agreed they will let Gimpi stay with them. They went to the local Orphanage finding Gimpi hanging by the shade of a tree, Deen's Dad went to talk to the Principle of the facility for adoption papers for Gimpi. Deen asks Gimpi if he wants to stay with them, Gimpi looks at him with a confused look. Deen quickly hugs Gimpi, Gimpi says "I already thought we were like brothers'.." Gimpi then was adopted by Don. And was enrolled in Ster Academy that will start at summers end. Gimpi begins helping out his family diner by being a waiter, and as summer closed he begin going to school.
Gimpi being enroll to a school with the entire student body are Imp's made him looking forward to school, due to the fact that at the orphanage no other imps were living there so he never had a reference to his own kind. He was sadly mistaken as the school was very split from Angel Imps, and Devil Imps. They treated each other separate and didn't care for one another. This leads problems when Gimpi is half Angel and half Devil Imp. Gimpi was viewed more of an Angel imp for being the adoptive brother of Deen but do to a mishap from 3 pranksters Betsy, Zane, and Meo "The Mishap Trio.". Gimpi was sought the destruction of school property and was sent to a weeks detention. Gimpi meets Mona, a Devil imp who often gets in trouble and she tends to get punished for no reason for anything that looks like her signature work (Which is never fully explained what her signature work is.) Mona doesn't care for Gimpi and just call him "A Disaster ready to happen" Mona is quickly interested in learning he is the Adoptive brother of Deen whom she has a small crush on. But noting that she is a Devil Imp and Deen is an Angel Imp she never fully tells anyone due to problems of the school diversity. Mona being relatively poor and as such pays for school by working, but often gets fired do to poor effort, or lack of experience. Mona seeks a job, so she stops by Deen's family diner and asks for a job from his Father Don. Don quickly appeals to Mona by saying "Great! We could use a extra hand around here!" The next day she comes by prepared in a strong face storms into the diner ready to work, despite being very late without noticing until mentioned by Don. Mona yells saying sorry, the loud ruckus made Deen and Gimpi come out of the kitchen to check whats the problem. Upon seeing Deen, Mona's face blushes and was shocked to see that Deen works there. Let alone asking if him that he works here and Deen telling he's Don's son. To quickly relieve tension on herself she sees Gimpi and quickly yells out Gimpi's name telling him that he was that freak from school. Gimpi gives her a blank face and drops some dirty plates and runs off. Mona pausing quickly getting tension from the customers, Deen runs off to Gimpi to catch up with him. Gimpi goes into his room noting that the diner is a house in the back. Also noting he shares the room with Deen, he quickly locks the door. Deen telling him to let him in noting that it's his room too, Gimpi lets him in and locks the door. Gimpi weeping made Deen give out a huge positive attitude asking him not to let one mean girl let him down. Gimpi tells Deen he has a crush on Mona and felt crushed she despises him. Including calling him a freak, he says he feels more out of place then when he was in the orphanage. Mona knocks on the door asking to come in to apologize. Deen simply yells out "Haven't you said enough?" Mona pick locks the door and walks in. She sits next to Gimpi hugging him, making him blush. And saying that she was trying to get tension off her and said something she didn't think through and she was very sorry. Gimpi still in heavily blushing, Deen remarks on how he is a chick magnet. Mona takes out her fist and knocks out Deen while still hugging Gimpi. Gimpi then kisses Mona making things often out of place. Mona mad out of her mind sharing her first kiss with Gimpi smacks him, and barges off home. Gimpi yells out sorry it was a mistake, Mona ignores and continues walking. The next day Mona returns to the diner she begins her job as a Waitress and tells Gimpi to ignore the accident and start new beginnings as friends. Which begins the story of.. "Ster Academy."

Name: Gimpi
Race: Bio-Imp-Organism
Bio: Gimpi was always a loner orphan, he was adopted by Don. Gimpi is a rather less talkative person, not having good communication skills he never had a good time meeting people let alone make friends. Gimpi tends to be easily upset and is suffering through depression. But Gimpi has Mechanic skills which he used to build a motorcycle which was later stolen and left with thugs. Gimpi doesn't let people come very close to him with the exception of Deen and his family. When Gimpi feels close to someone and accepts them he is easily open to them and friendly. Gimpi has a very funny nature he hides up inside, but is very often confused but never shows the slightest note of it. Being adopted by Don he works as a waiter in his family Diner (Name not being leaked Bwahaha anyone?) Surprisingly Gimpi has a crush on Mona who works as a waitress in the diner.

Name: Deen
Race: Angelic Imp
Bio: Deen is rather a funny guy, he has a strong brotherly relationship with Gimpi. Deen unlike Gimpi really thinks things through at a fast pace, his very fast pace mind makes him extremely sharp on his surroundings and remembers everything that comes by him. He has strong communication skills but doesn't use them much at school because he doesn't want to be seen popular but rather average. He lost his Mother at a young age for unknown reasons. He really sticks up for people and especially his Adoptive brother Gimpi whom he very cares for. Deen surprisingly being the exact same age as Gimpi sharing the same birthday noting that Gimpi's birthday was the day he came to the orphanage so his real birthday is unknown. He always see himself as the older brother and so he feels the need to look out for him. Deen crushes on Cinder although doesn't say it ever, but it is shown he likes her whenever he sees her he blushes a little and acts rather stalling.

Name: Mona
Race: Devil Imp
Bio: Mona is a trouble maker often getting in trouble to be noticed by other people, she is very poor and never have been given full attention to. Like Deen, Mona lost her Mother but by her leaving her father and herself at a young age. Mona wants to be a star in the world so in Middle School she worked but normally got fired on the first day but she kept going after new jobs so she can pay to be in Ster Academy. Mona is a trouble maker and all has a surprising popular outlook on herself. So people who hang with Mona are saw as Mona's gang or posy. Mona having a crush on Deen which leads problems because Gimpi has a crush on Mona. Mona is very self centered, but when she see's anything that reminds her of herself she tries to correct things other willingly she doesn't try and correct herself.

Name: Don
Race: Angelic Imp
Bio: Not much is known about Don, but he is a fat very wise happy jolly sort of fellow who owns a Diner with his son Deen and adoptive son Gimpi. He is very open to ideas, and often makes changes which backfire quickly. Although he lost his wife a while ago, he hardly mentions her and is really open to the idea of dating. He has an insane love of coffee being noted he is the best coffee maker in the world. He is rather old, and has loads of wise remarks about situations.

Name: Betsy
Race: Devil Imp
Bio: Betsy is rather a self proclaimed beauty queen of the school. She is part of a pack with Zane, and her little step brother Meo at Ster Academy "The Mishap Trio. She thinks of herself as there leader which leads to bickering. She is extremely self centered and rivals Mona for being more popular then her. She used to be good friends with Mona but they quickly split apart. She is from a poor family also with her father leaving her similar to Mona's Mom. But her Mom strucked big with a millionaire becoming wealthy. Betsy often does the things she does to try and fill the void of not having her mother around for her enjoying her new wealth on herself. Like Mona she has dreams of being a big star of the show, and when a camera is around she quickly tries to be in it to get herself noticed.


Name: Zane
Race: Angel Imp
Bio: Being the only Angel imp in his group with Betsy and her brother Meo "The Mishap Trio". He is extremely artsy guy and is passionate about his looks. He is a self proclaimed hottest gentlemen at the school, he is rather dashing but an extreme klutz... He is rather a lacky man for whatever Meo comes up with, but has his fair share of plan moments normally coming out much better then Betsy and Meo's. His family is forcing him into a arrange marriage, one 18 he will marry a Miss Cyntheatrical Culipurtiarupudeno. (Whom won't have no role whatsoever in the plot) But he secretly loves Betsy but also despises the idea of marrying her.

Name: Meo
Race: Devil Imp
Bio: Meo is Betsy's brother, step brother actually. He is very short street smart kid who got to skip some grades and came to ster academy by cheating off tests. He often is a trap maker and leaves traps for unexpected people, he has a strong love of cat food that gives him the nickname Catboy. He has an extreme bond with his Sister and Zane. He thinks of himself as the star of the group rather then the "Mishap Trio", often the one who calls the operations and plans with there rather... Long... And unwell thought of name.

Name: Cinder
Race: Angelic Imp
Bio: She is rather the princess of the school, she has gone out with almost every boy she comes across of interested. She see's Gimpi and feels love struck, calling it love at first sight. She flatters him greatly with presents to show affection, Gimpi simply treats her as just a friend. She is very stalker-ish and her dad is very wealthy so she gets everything she wants. She is extremely dumb but not easily tricked when she takes caution of being suspicious. She throws party's very often, often having two or three party in a single day. She despises Mona for being the "Popular" Devil imp and seeks to be a threat.

Well enjoy the hint hints, it's kinda obvious what I'm doing here. But I'm looking forward to the summer beginning the project.

Story Arks

- New life means New Beginnings.
The starting of the story, just what I explained above. Meeting Mona because of the Mishap Trio Betsy, Zane, and Meo. Meets Cinder (a Pun for Cinderella) who has a rather interesting love for him. And the whole surrounding love cycle that begins.

- The rather Depressing story of a Mishap.
The beginning of the story being told in Gimpi's words, will possibly be ignored at just done in writing.

- A rather erm.. Grand day?
Cinder being a party out kind of person is hosting three party's in the same day, all with different themes. Gimpi and friends are all invited, the party's are rather over done, with the final party being a masquerade which Cinder uses as a scheme to have Gimpi's first kiss with her.

- A Old Friendship that goes through the Space of Time!
Centered around Mona, and Betsy. Mainly the telling of the story on how they are enemy's and how they use to be best friends. Both stories are different and it will take the decision making skills of Gimpi, Deen, Zane, and Meo to decide which story is exact. (The story shows a slight sign friendship with The Mishap Trio. Also a reference of Spongebob episode "Truth or Square." wink

- Prepare for trouble, and make it Bubble...
A Halloween special.
The Mishap Trio, Betsy, Zane, and Meo are causing major problems all around the city. And Deen is off with Barton Knight Commander Leo to stop the mishap. Using Detective Skills, and Fighting them off in Barton Knight Court. (Parody of Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney)

Side Story ( Video related) - Gimpi / Mona are out to a haunted house which rumors say, that people are forever feared on Halloween night. They find a old music box once churned they are sent to a specially made Halloween Town (Gaia location) that has a shadow like creature taking the shape of Gimpi spreading the illusions of terrible nightmares and fears into them.
(I wish this to be made into a animated video, from the churning of the music box to the end plays This is Halloween by Panic! At the Disco.)

- All I want for Christmas is you... Hopefully...
Christmas special. Focused on the love circle, everyone wanting the one they love for Christmas which causes problems for EVERYONE.

Side Story - Betsy, Zane, and Meo plans to kidnap Santa Claus and steal all of his presents.

- You will date with an old middle age man like me!?
Valentine special. Don finds a date with a very beautiful Val Le Feather, Val is a total perfect match for Don, Deen and Mona seeks to force the two into a relationship. While there attempts don't go as plan, and seek help from Meo and his "Grand Storage Locker of Plans of Ahead and Beyond the Space Gods that Seek the Destruction of his Brilliance".
(First story with Gimpi hardly in the story.)


Character Notices. Things you should know, and remember.

Betsy, Zane, and Meo are references to Team Rocket's Jessie, James, and Meowth from Pokemon. (Meo is also a reference to Meowth, even sharing feature traits.)
Don is a reference to Uncle Iroh from Avatar The Last Airbender.
Cinder has a reference in his name to Cinderella, but sadly she shares no other quality that Cinderella has.
Gimpi is suffering from Depression, and will have traits of sadness throughout the story. But will open up after time proceeds.
Betsy, Zane, and Meo will be in every story ark. Sorta to keep up with Team Rocket reference and there just the "Problem" in any way you put it.
The story ark "Prepare for trouble, and make it Bubble..." Is a reference to Team Rocket's Prepare for trouble, and make it Double..
Also The Trio have there own parody of the Team Rocket's Motto
