Unbloomed younglings peak from
under the sheet of fresh snow

As the flurry of white quickly melts
into dew, the purified liquid trickles down
the enclosed blossom

Warm rays of light shed its beauty
and warmth upon the flora

Petals unfold, revealing a limitless palette
of color.

The green of youth slowly melds into
a golden spectrum

The flower falls, as do the leaves of maple,
covering the ground with soft down

With the cycle, the falling flurry comes again,
burying the once living

And with the cycle, it lives again.
