Someone threw the switch on for summer. The pool in the complex here opened for business on Sunday and we laughed and laughed...we were still wearing lighter jackets and long sleeves and it was gray and windy as hell. And today it's 84. It was like, Winter, less winter, less winter...OH HELLO THAR SUMMER.

I have been working on a smattering of arts. I was Art blocked for THE LONGEST TIME and then lately I have been art distracted.

We bought a Wii, and we took our gamecube and various gamecube accessories and games we will never ever play again, plus a ration of DS games I was done with/hated and a few Xbox games and walked out with 354.70 worth of credit in NEW games. Including Guitar Hero II with the guitar of course for the Xbox.

I didn't post anything here about it but my mom just got done having a tumor removed from her head that was the size of an orange. She's doing really good right now. No complications, no issues with metastasizing, etc. because of the type of tumor it is. She is having some issues with taste being messed up and an upset stomach but she's on some pain killers and stuff that could be causing that. She got the 35 staples out in like five days. I thought that was pretty quick. It's just like one thing after another to keep me preoccupied.
