Where my heart and laughter are splurged.
Cure for the common....heart ache :3 (for guys or girls)

Well, I guess I wanted to be able to vent, but in a way to help everyone else too! These things really did help me with the time that you felt you wanted nothing more than too rip your heart out just not to hurt anymore, right? Well, put down the knife and step away from the death note! There are more ways then one to help the heart-ache! Though do keep in mind, I do not say this as an opinion, but someone who has felt the same yet stood strong to go on.

1) Vent...vent....vent...AND VENT SOME MORE!

~~ It is NEVER a good thing to keep your emotions locked inside! Your freinds and close family are there for a reason ya know, so make use of it. :3 Even if it means you blow off there ear from your venting, they will think it is worth it for helpping out a freind. Plus they are still there even after your spazzums to give you a hug and tell you its ok. Letting you know that there isnt just one form of love, but many diffrent ones, though all of them could mean as much. Freindship is one of those loves, so make sure you remeber that! xD

2) Take a loooonnnggg warm shower!

~~ Tottaly a way too let out any tears without having to actually see them, if you know what I mean. Let the steam fill the room and the water relax you in your tense moment for about 15 minutes or so. Think of it as being a time for letting your heart start to wash away that wrenching pain and being poured down the drain!

3) Try being active!

~~ Espeically if you still have a few sniffles left to let out, working out or doing something to get your heart racing is possibly a wonderful think to help you cease that anger or saddnes still there. Just move your legs or jump around until you cant stand anymore! Examples could be just getting up and running as fast as you can either in your backyard, around the block, or even in your house/room. (If parents say ok though xD ) Or even blasting your favorite song, making sure it gets you pumped up, and just let yourself go and dance like there is no tommorrow, or pull out that dusty DDR mat and crank it up as fast as you can go.

and finally...


4) Make yourself laugh and keep it off your mind!

~~ Of course icecream and chocolates wont always help but, if your worried about your health and might go overboard on sweets, grab a bottle of water or milk, perhaps some easy-to-make leftovers from the fridge, and plop down with your favorite laugh-your-a** off movie (absolutly no romance D< )! Making a point to stay positve and happy is definatly a way to help yourself become stronger and move on. Sulking or staying sad never helps! Sometimes you have to pull yourself up and keep going. :3

You know, I was always told never go to sleep unhappy or mad, or else it will follow you the next day. Try to send yourself to bed with a smile on your face and only good thoughts, so you can wake with a fresh start and new day!

Note: Also if that person you were with broke up with you for whatever reason you should ask yourself if they let you go so easily, were they worth it in the first place? :3 If one person was able to see you for the good person that you are, whos to say there arent millions of other who will see it too.
