Prince Watercress v. 80s Fast Rewind Spammers
Anyway...I was lurking at the Something Awful Forums in the Leper's Colony and I see
a bunch of people making gimmick accounts to advertise Fast Rewind. To be honest, I couldn't even tell if it were forum members from SA, 80s Fast Rewind, or just some goofballs in general.
I contacted the Webmaster of the site by using the site's "Contact Us" link (which was some PageBuilder .php feedback form crap, which was thankfully easy to get through) and brought this up with dude.
I'll print a reply to my e-mail in this thread, if I even get one at all. And if that happens, it'll be in another journal entry.
EDIT: I found him. Or is it "them?" Meh, who cares."We have a problem with a rather unstable former BB member of ours who was banned for repeated abusive activity. He has been creating accounts everywhere to spam the boards and issuing all sorts of sad blackmail threats about DOS attacks and his army of 600 followers who will spread porn all over our boards. Presumably this is evidence of his attempts to recruit this "army"
