H.I.A.T.U.S.- what does it take?! OKAY. I'M JUST GONNA DO A SHORT SHORT SHORT RANT ABOUT HOW BADLY MY LAST CHIBI AVATAR GIVEAWAY WENT. SO, I PUT UP AN ADVERTIZEMENT IN MY SIGNATURE LAST WEEKEND, AND ONLY THREE PEOPLE SHOWED ANY INTEREST! SO, I HAD A COMPLETE FAILURE!!! AND I HAD GONE INTO THE FORUMS AND EVERYTHING!!! but...
