Ingredients: 10 garlic cloves, chopped
3/4 cup chopped fresh italian parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried red peper flakes (optional)
1 baguette
In a bowl, combine garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired, red pepper flakes. Tear baguette into bite sized pieces and dip into salsa or serve with grilled chicken or meats.
Serves 4-6
