Ok, my big sis got Tales of the Abyss a few weeks ago and I finally decided to steal it from her and play it. The fighting is a lil better than ToS and the characters are only about half as good. And Luke pisses me off!!! He is such a freakin moron!! I just want to slap him. And I hate how he treats Mieu. *huggles Mieu*

SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

K, anyway, I just got to the point where you have to save the city that's full of miasma (the name started with an "A"...and it was really weird, anyway it was a mining city, if that helps) and all the people are like "Help me! I'm dieing". Well, usually I hate it when innocent people die, but this was different. You see, the people that claimed they were "dieing" were standing/sitting RIGHT NEXT TO THE STAIRS THAT LED OUT OF THE TOWN. To get out of the poisenous gas, all they had to do was climb the stairs and they would be out in the open again. Freakin retards.

Then, you get the people that won't leave cuz they still want to mine for stuff. No sympathy for them either. They're dieing so they can make a profit and make weapons; such a noble cause.

I didn't even feel srry for that lil boy floating in the miasma. He was right near the stairs when I entered the town, he could have just left. I would have. He could have waited for his dad outside. But no, he had to go into the poisenous town like the dipshit he is.

Luke was an idiot for trusting Van, but i felt kinda sorry for him when everyone was getting on his case. Now, I could understand them being a lil POed at him for being such an idiot, but they were blaming/hating him for the entire mess! I mean, he was just a tool! It was only a lil bit his fault, most of the blame should lie with Van. Can you really blame a gun for killing people? Or does the blame lie with the person that pulled the trigger?

And they should have suspected what happened! I mean, they all knew that Luke grew up isolated, and that he trusted Van completely. They also knew Luke was a dipshit. They should have kept a more watchful eye on him, especially after the way he'd been acting. I hated it how he kept on going "I wanna help, but only after Master Van gets here" and "I need Master Van! he always explained things to me!" Can you get any brattier? I just wanted to smack him. But the only person that was familiar to him during his whole adventure (excluding Guy, because Guy knew more than he did and wouldn't tell him anything) was Van, so of course he followed him without question! Plus, Luke's conceided and would jump on any chance to be a hero.

Asch is WAY better. And hotter. Though, I wish he get rid of that stupid hair thing on top of his head. It looks retarded.

O, and my fav scene in the game so far was when they were in an inn and Luke wakes up Guy in the middle of the night to do some sword practice. The entire freakin conversation was uberly suggestive! It went something like this:

Luke: Guy wake up!
Guy: What?
Luke: Come outside with me, and don't forget your sword.
*they both go outside*
Luke: I need you to teach me how to swing my sword without hesitation.
Guy: Ok, I'll give you a hand.
Luke: Thanks guy. You're sword skills are awesome. I've witnessed them first hand. So, are you ready?
Guy: Yea, let's go!

"Luke learned Sonic Thrust!"
