Name: Keigan Hyuga

Clan: Hyuga

Gender: Male

Age: 21

Kekkei Genkai: Byakugan: A person with the Byakugan has a nearly 360 degree field of vision. Byakugan users can detect anything around them within a 50-meter radius making them close-range combat experts. The Byakugan also gives the user the ability to see through basically any matter over extremely long distances. A small degree of telescopic vision is also present, as a Byakugan user can focus on a single object at any point within their range of vision. The degree of focus seems to be dependent on the skill of the user. The Byakugan's sight cannot be blocked unlike the Sharingan, which can be blocked by any sufficiently opaque substance. It is however, possible to impede it slightly through the use of certain powerful seals. The Byakugan's insight capacity makes it useful for searching, tracking, and identifying targets. One of the most powerful aspects of the Byakugan is the ability to see the inner chakra coil system, which is the key aspect of using the Gentle Fist style to attack said system. If sufficiently developed, the Byakugan is able to see individual chakra points, potentially allowing the user to shut off the opponent's chakra flow completely, such that the opponent cannot perform techniques that require chakra. However, the user can increase chakra flow as well. Seasoned Byakugan users are even capable of killing with a single blow.

Bio: Head of the of the Hygua Clan Household, and Hokage leader of the entire Hidden Leaf Village, one can expect a lot from Keigan. He has mastery over all powers and abilities of the Byakugan making him nearly undefeatable in close range combat. Though normally the Byakugan's vision is restricted to 50-meters he can use his chackra to extend the vision to even greater distances. Though he is the head of the household Keigan has no wife or children to speak of and he refuses to marry or date.

Jutsus:
Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms --- Shugohakke Rokujyuu Yonshou: This jutsu is a combination of the Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation and the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. In this jutsu, The user emits a constant stream of chakra from their palms, creating extremely sharp chakra blades. With their natural flexibility, the user can reach any point around them, allowing them to hit any target within their field of vision. While using this jutsu, the user moves extremely fast (their movements become a blur), allowing them to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much like the original Sixty-Four Palms jutsu. Additionally, the user can control the size of the chakra beams in their palms, allowing them to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range. This creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Palm Rotation, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. In this way, the technique can be used as both an offensive and defensive maneuver.

Eight Trigrams Epmty Palm --- Hakke Kusho: This jutsu is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, the user does a palm thrust at an opponent while expelling a large burst of chakra from their palm. This violently pushes the opponent away. The opponent does not need to be within his reach for the attack to be effective.

Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation --- Hakkesho Kaiten: This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from the user's chakra points when struck. The released chakra blocks any possible attack. The user then spins themselves rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any would-be attackers. The spin also allows the user to defend the blindspot in their Byakugan.

Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms --- Hakke Rokujuyon Sho: This jutsu closes off sixty-four specific chakra points (tenketsu) on an opponent's body with the Gentle Fist style, effectively eliminating their ability to use chakra for quite some time and making it quite difficult for them to move. It begins with the closing of two chakra points, followed by four more, then eight, then sixteen, then thirty-two, and then sixty-four strikes. Each set of strikes is done at an increasing pace.

Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms --- Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho: This jutsu is essentially a doubled version of Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. Like the former, it closes off the opponent's chakra points in an exponentially increasing number of quick successive strikes. Unlike the former, it closes off twice as many at twice the speed. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly. It has a slightly different stance than the lesser form in which the upper body is slightly rotated to the right. This stance activates the user at the edge of the divination field to begin the technique.

Cursed Seal Jutsu --- Bachiatari Inshou Jutsu: This seal is given to all branch house members in the Hyuga clan by members of the main house. Its main purpose is to seal their Byakugan ability should they die, preventing an enemy from learning its secrets. Its secondary purpose is to control the branch house, since it can be activated at will by a main house member with a hand seal that only they know about. The seal is placed on the wearer's forehead at an early age, and is only removed upon their death. It works by destroying the wearer's brain cells.

Taijutsu-Gentle Fist --- Juken: The Gentle Fist style of combat aims to damage the body's chakra circulatory system, thus inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra circulatory system, causing the targeted area to rupture or divert flow. Alternatively, or as an additional effect, the same method can be used to damage the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra circulatory system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name. Because the chakra circulatory system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. As there is no way to train the internal organs to become stronger, this technique is capable of causing damage no matter how physically powerful the opponent is.
