Bio: This mysterious puppeteers origin is completely unknown. He just showed up in The Land of Sand one day with his weird living puppet, his best friend, Aishi. Seeing a wonderfull performance from him and Aishi a even more mysterious puppeteer shinobi taught Kairaishi the Puppet Master Ninjutsu Techniques which also revealed other abilities that Kairaishi naturally possessed, though he did not know it at the time the mysterious puppeteer shinobi was Granny Chiyo. He is now a Jounin of Sunagakure and is especially handy when it comes to top priority missions that need to be done as quickly as possible.
Jutsus:
Puppet Master Jutsu --- Kugutsu no Jutsu: This jutsu uses strings of chakra from the user's fingers to control puppets like marionettes. Those who can effectively use this ability are rare, but once mastered the user can hide in a safe location while his puppet does the work for him. Since puppets are usually equipped with an array of often-fatal instruments, fighting a puppet is much more dangerous than fighting a human.
Black Secret Technique Machine One Shot --- To perform this jutsu, the opponent must be trapped in the torso of a puppet. After this is accomplished, a second puppet separates into about eight components, each with a sharp blade. The user guides the separate pieces into slits in the other puppets torso, impaling the victim inside.
Black Secret Technique Machine Two Shot --- An advanced version of Black Secret Technique Machine One Shot, this jutsu doesn't require two puppets. Instead, once the opponent is trapped inside a puppet, four scythe-like blades appear on either sides of the puppet's body and run from one side to the other, reaping the helpless victim.
Human Puppet --- This jutsu allows the puppeteer to turn a living human into a puppet. First, the entrails are removed. Then, once the skin has been peeled off, the user cleanses them and draws out all of the blood. Once the bodies are preserved so they do not decompose, various gadgets are then installed inside of them. Because the puppet was once human, it can still use chakra. The puppet will maintain the same amount of chakra as its held when it was alive. If the original ninja had any kekkei genkai or other blood-based traits the puppet can retain those abilities as well.
Red Secret Technique: Performance of a Hundred Puppets --- Aka Higi: Hyakki no Soen: To start this jutsu the user produces two summoning scrolls. They then emit one hundred chakra strings, which reach into the scrolls. From the scrolls, one hundred human puppets emerge.
Shield of Chackra --- Chakura no Tate: A technique used by puppet masters, this jutsu creates a shield using chakra emitted from panels that are released from a puppet's arms. This chakra shield can protect the user from several hazardous attacks; however, enough clotting force can clog up the puppet's arm joints and render the shield useless.
Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique --- Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu: A modification of the Shadow Clone Technique, the user throws one shuriken at the victim and then uses this jutsu to create multiple copies of the shuriken to make the attack more powerful.
Three Buddhist Treasures Vacuum Destruction --- Sanbo Kyukai: This jutsu is performed by three puppets that were created by Monzaemon Chikamatsu. Three of the ten Chikamatsu puppets come together to form a pyramid. After forming a hand seal, a vortex will open in the space between their bodies, sucking in everything in range. The puppets remain unaffected. The force of the vortex shatters anything drawn into it into millions of pieces.
White Secret Technique: Ten Puppet Collection of Chikamatsu --- Shiro Higi: Jikki Chikamatsu no Shu: This jutsu summons the ten masterpiece puppets of the first puppet user, Monzaemon. The puppets were designed as a set, with several special features that combine one or more puppets to create devastating combos.

Poison Fog, Blind Spot Destroyer --- Dokugiri Zuyoku, Baribari Shikaku Renpatsu: The user uses two puppets. After a puppet releases a poison smokescreen to blind the opponent, both puppets fire poisoned needles at the opponent, who is unable to see the projectiles.
