Appearance: She stands at about 5'5" and weighs just over 110 lbs. Her hair is kept short for low maintenance and is a dark shade of reddish-brown. As if always reflecting the light of the sun, her eyes are a warm, golden yellow and sparkle with her constant enthusiasm. She tends to wear a fishnet shirt and short kimono instead of the traditional anbu outfit, yet she will still be seen with her anbu mask that takes the shape of a cat.
Bio: Born and raised in Konohagakure, Akimi was the prodigy and yet the black sheep of the Kaitou clan. The Kaitou were a proud clan and yet they distanced themselves. Even though they were a clan from the village, they were set apart from the rest. Of course everyone outside of the clan did not question them as the ninja from that clan always obeyed orders and became powerful allies to the village, anti-social or not. Their techniques seemed to take from the cat beasts they worshiped, and so there nature was similar as well. Akimi strived and succeeded in becoming an exceptional ninja as expected of her, rising from genin to chuunin to jounin and then offered to join ANBU. She even took her clans technique to a whole new level. What set her apart from the rest of her clan is what seems to attract everyone else. Her loyal personality and carefree nature, more dog like, were unlike all others who were from the Kaitou clan. They were all serious all the time, believing you should never be completely loyal to anyone but yourself and considered her a disgrace, whether she was successful or not. Only her parents accepted her, and that was enough to keep her spirit.
Other then her disappointment to most of her clan, Akimi was widely acknowledged by those of her beloved village and lived a rewarding life of a shinobi. She was glad to work in teams and had planned on having a genin squad of her own if she hadn’t been offered a place in the ANBU. When the mysterious group made its appearance, she was asked by the Hokage to join those that would search them out. Although Akimi was very skilled it was not her strength but her strong sense of justice and loyalty prompted her to accept her invitation into the group of hunter-nin tracking down those who dared threaten her village.
Personality: Akimi has come to be fiercely devoted to her village. She would go to any length to ensure its well being and the continued survival of those who would become the next generation of great ninja. Those who are traitorous to their friends or village are worse then scum to her. She is also very loyal to friends, and despite often being overconfident, she has been known to care deeply for her teammates' well-being. She has always had an exuberant personality and fiery desire for self-improvement, training herself to never give up no matter what. Through her perpetual determination and refusal to back down she fights for what she believes is right, for justice. When it comes to defending the things that she finds are the most important to her, she is downright serious. Despite this she retains a naive streak and can be described as loud, hotheaded, and carefree, always saying whats on her mind. Although no longer an unknowledgable genin, Akimi still jumps into things without really thinking them through to much, getting herself into trouble often.

Gujyuu Ninpou Shijayaju no Jutsu: This jutsu increases her speed and strength, lengthens her nails to claw-like quality, and for the Kaitou clan it changes her pupils to have a cat-like quality.
Kai'gan: A doujutsu that allows the user to see when normal humans wouldn't be able to, such as night vision, as well as 'see' or distinguishing chakra. Pupils change to slits and non touching crescents are on first one and then both sides for full mastery.
Sanjuu Tsume Utsu: Used with Kaig'an and Gujyuu Ninpou Shijayaju no Jutsu, a series of twelve blows are dealt as she circles the opponent and ends with a final thirteenth thrust that is strengthened by elemental chakra. During this technique a faint shadow of a cat can be seen around the user.
