Well in a previous entry I spoke of simple pleasures and I think I should explain. You see in todays modern society people live from high to high of happiness like sex, rushes, and basically the extreme. This can cause depression because obviously they can't live in this constant rush and in fact can't get it very often. It also affects they're love life. They are shallow and seek out a trophy spouse they'll soon learn after marriage they actually don't like and only found attractive and ta da divorce.
Now simple pleasures are far more common and can make you truely happy. Example: laying back and just not doing anything, breathing in the fresh air and comfort letting all your worries fall away. or being with someone. You don't have to have sex just enjoying their every touch and movement meditating on how much you love them it's honestly good for the soul. Just laying in bed in the dark clearing your mind can make you comfortable, fresh, and happy. All you need is you to be hapy (but like I said another person really helps).
