The Thief Club
Meet The Thief Club part 2
*6:11 PM, June 7*

Man I’m going to kill them.
Leela Drymon, aka Blade, leader of the Thief Club, stood there,on the quay, tapping her high-heeled, long, lace up booted foot impatiently. “Where are they?!?” she said frustrated. Being the leader of a group of teen-age thieves wasn't easy.
“Calm down Blade,” Tech said clearly annoyed as she leaned against a support beam to check her make-up, careful not to lean too close to the water and risk getting her purple blouse and matching mini-skirt wet.
“They know I can’t stand it when they’re late!!” Their gonna scream for their lives. Scream Bloody Murder. Leela continued ignoring Tech.
“Blade, I said clam down.” Tech said trying to stay calm herself. She put a little glitter on her face.
Oh yeah they’re going down.
“Why are Scythe and B not here!?!!” Leela yelled as she started to pace around on the pier, again ignoring Tech. “I told them to be here, at the pier at 6: oo sharp and its…”- she stopped and glanced at her watch- “….6:12! So why are th----”
“Blade CALM down!!” Tech shouted finally losing her temper. She pulled out a mini mirror and put on some lip gloss. “Maybe they’re not coming, hmmmmm? Blade?”
“ No,” Leela said finally calming down. “No ‘cause Scythe said she would come and B likes money.”
“Then maybe something happened?” Shoot asked, speaking for the first time, as she dangled her legs over the side of pier, enjoying the fact that the water was very high and she could dangle her feet in it.
“Ehhh, B lives for trouble but her first priority is her money, and Scythe can take care of herself so she wouldn’t let herself fall into a situation where she needs help.” Leela replied.
“Well just stay calm,” Tech said sitting down next to Shoot and dangling her feet along the piers side as well. Leela sighed.
“Should we go without them?” asked Shoot, slipping on her boots and standing up.
“No, there’s gotta be a reason Scythes late and ……..” she trailed off.
“And what?” Tech asked fluffing her hair.
“And I’m not sure we can do this without them.” Leela replied. “I mean we’re using the sewers and we’re trying to steal from the”-----
“Whoa, whoa ,whoa, whoa, whoa.” Shoot interrupted.
“What?” Leela asked confused.
“You never said we’re going through the sewer! EWWWW! Blade NO!!!!!!! Look! I’m wearing my new boots!” exclaimed Shoot.
“I--I have to agree with Shoot, that disgusting!! Blade don’t make us!!” Tech pleaded.
“GET OVER IT!!” Leela shouted getting very annoyed. Look, wh--- hey someone’s coming! Uh-oh that’s a guard,” Leela whispered.
“Guard?” Shoot asked. “Since when do piers have guards?”
“There’s a meeting tonight here at the pier between Mike Rodler and TICK, a small group of people who Mike hired to steal for him. And Mike doesn‘t want any one uninvited. ” Leela said. “Come on,” she continued and with one swift move she pushed hair-fluffing-glittery-lip-gloss Tech off the pier into the water and then slipped down with her hands hanging on to the side of the pier, her feet dangling just above the water. Shoot laughed then quickly did the same. Tech came up out of the water and started ranting about how mean Blade was, and Leela quickly kicked her back under the water. The guard walked by and was gone. Tech came up again, and grabbing Leela’s feet and using her as a ladder, climbed up on to the pier.
“Thanks,” she said, sarcasm dripping from her voice.
“Your welcome.” Leela snickered as she pulled herself up too. They were all on the pier again, and Shoot was giggling about all that, when a dark figure became clear and Scythe popped up.
“H-hey B-blade,” Scythe said breathlessly from behind popping up from nowhere.
“AH!” Leela yelled out in surprise. “H-h-how many times do I need to tell you not to do that to people, ”Leela scolded. “And WHY are you so late?!?” she demanded remembering what time it was.Leela looked Scythe down, noticing how dirty she was. "And what happened to you? You look terrible." Scythe just panted for a few minutes trying desperately to catch her breathe. Poor Scythe never got to tell her news.
