Issac and his friends walked down the long weary path out of the country. The camped out at night in safe areas so as not to arouse suspicions. It took them about 2 days to get to where they were. They looked around themselves. All they saw was a wasteland, dead trees, blackened ground, Animal skulls littered around the pathway.

"My god," said Kaos. "what caused all this?!"

"The Kojai people...", she answered. "They ravage the lands with their weapons and fire leaving nothing but death in their wake."

Kaos could only stare in horror. "but they're not here now." she said. "They're nomads, they are. Wandering the lands until they find a suitable place to lie and abuse the natural resources."

"If what you say is true." said Issac. "Then they couldn't have been able to create something like this."

The two walked over to where he stood and looked down in awe and horror. A large Crater, as wide as a large lake and deep as a canyon lay in front of them. There was a hole punched in the center of it. "No way they could cause all this destruction by themselves.", Said Mia.

"No they couldn't." Agreed Kaos.

"This is where one of the fragments fell in the legend.", said Issac. "It's the only place I could remember."

"well we have a chance now. so lets go in there and see what we can find.", said Kaos.

He slid down first, then Issac, and finally Mia. Whatever happened to chivalry?, she thought. They eventually reached the lopsided hole. It seemed like a giant cavern. Suddenly a roar bellowed out from the hole, along with random growls.

"What the hell could live in this?!", Demanded Kaos.

"Creatures, thats what.", replied Mia. "What now?"

"We only have one choice I guess.", Issac replied. "We go down."

"Couldn't we go back?" asked Kaos.

"Well you can go and walk back to Ethelain for two more days while we're down here....alone."

"...I'll stick with you."
