There's something about you
thats makes me tight
my lungs heave
and my heart stops
and all the blood running through my veins
boils under my skin.
Perhaps its your eyes
from amber brown
to jade green
to cloudy gray
those eyes
that leave me breathless.
Perhaps its your smile
friendly and cheerful
flirty and handsome
charming
the smile that makes me smile as well.
Or perhaps
it is your hair
golden brown
that flows in the wind
how soft it must be
to the touch of my hand
oh how I long for that soft hair
to touch and play with
like small fur pet.
If I, somehow
ran into your arms
would you give me your warmth
when I am chilled from the cold?
If I ever were to run into your arms,
my body would melt onto your skin.
If, somehow, you'd kiss me
my blood will boil
with the hint of sugar
my lips, hungry for yours
would savor it moments it last
and my tounge
eager to escape,
would sither into your mouth
and gently comfort the tounge who lives there.
I do not know if this will happen
I've heard stories that will
but know that when we are alone
looking out into the sunset
the air would be cold
and my body is frail
and how I long for you to be with me
every minute it takes.
