4-1 Lost
11:19 AM: Montreal is facing tonight the Dallas Stars. It will be Mike Ribeiro's first time against his old team since he was traded in 2006, in the pre-season. Lucky for him, the game is not in Montreal, or he'd had been booed with every stepped he made on ice. Sergei Kostitsyn has been on a goal scoring streak for the last two game, one goal against Washington and one against Atlanta. Eyes will be on him for most of the Habs fans tonight. Merry Chrismas!
8:49 PM: 2-0 Dallas after 1 period. Bad period for Montreal. We got to many penalties, but did play with alot of energy. Ex-Canadiens Ribeiro has two assist already tonight. Great... stressed Morrow and Miettinen got the goals. Turco was perfect on the 8 shots that he faced. 10 saves for Price.
9:37 PM: Still 2-0 Dallas after 40 minutes. Not much changed. A bit more energy from Montreal but Dallas still stopped them. I think their will be a little PP for the Canadiens in the beginning of the third. 5-4 shots for Dallas. Perfection for both goaltenders in the second period.
10:37 PM: 4-1 Dallas Final. The Canadiens are probably the nicest team near christmas! Giving away 4 goals, yay Habs! I still love them though. I wonder if Carbo will be (very) angry about this game... I know he'll be mad... I hate Ribeiro... I hate his guts... final. Too bad that Turco didn't get a shut out but it's way better that Montreal didn't get shutout. 21-18 shots for Dallas... Wow... 21for Dallas... That's suprising for a match that they mostly dominated. Montreal did not really put in some effort in this game...
