4-1 Lost
10:26 AM: Montreal has won two straight, and looks to make it three. We've ammased two out of two point so far on our four game road trip. Six Habs have potted atleast 10 goals and seven have gotten atleast 20 points. Cristobal Huet will be in net versus the Rangers. We lost last game on December 30th 2007 by a score of 4-3 in OT. Brendan Shanahan scored the game-winner.
7:48 PM: Montreal is trailing 2-0 against the Rangers. Bad start. Bad defensive plays on both goals. Habs dominated by Rangers 13-6 in shots on goals. It's too bad Montreal couldn't get goals on the two Powerplays. Lundqvist played well, since he didn't have much to do. Huet did fine. It sucks that he couldn't stop those two goals.
8:43 PM: New York leads 4-0. Horrible horrible horrible game to watch, if you're a Habs fan. Huet begins to look weak on the last two goals. Powerplay is not working. We had two 5-on-3 PP and nothing happened. Halak will probably start the third... well I hope so. Lundqvist will probably get a shut out.
9:40 PM: 4-1 New York Final. Horrible game from Montreal. The third was our best, but even there... we can't say it was good. Powerplay finally worked... once out of eight times though. 41-19 shots on goals for Rangers. 10 of them were on a PP for MTL. Morning Practice will be hard. Kinda sucks for Breezer, getting a -4. Only Plekanec and Ryder didn't get a negative differential.
My three Stars: 1-Henrik Lundqvist 2-Nigel Dawes 3-Petr Prucha
Score Sheet: Montreal: Sergei Kostitsyn New York: Chris Drury, Martin Straka, Petr Prucha, Nigel Dawes
Next Game: New York Islanders, January 15th.
