I killed a cycada yesterday. It probably died the most horrible death of any cycada in the history of cycada (nvm that since they go back since the dinosaurs).
Me and my dad are building a deck and we have to cut holes to put the deck posts in. Well, I dig a hole and what do you know, there i a helpless cycada nymph feeling on a tree root. My dad not giving a s**t about nature, makes me pour cement in the holes so we can hurry up and finish. It probably suffered, dying from asphixiation (lack of oxygen/choking). Poor cycada.
