2-0 Lost
Game Preview: Penguins' All-Star Sidney Crosby got injured in their last game. It sucks for people who are going to see the game at Montreal just to see The Kid. On other news, the goaltender duel will be Huet vs. Conklin. Huet has yet to face the Pens this season. Carey Price made his against them and played the second game. I keep thinking the Pens will come out strong to prove they don't need Crosby to win. So Habs, be careful.
1st intermission: 1-0 Pittsburgh after one period. Didn't really catch the first period. But It looked good. Komisarek "searching" for trouble... Well, it's actually vice versa! 9-6 shots for Penguins.
2nd intermission: Still 1-0 for Penguins. It seems Montreal isn't working as they should. Good pass, Huet's been great, but we can't use our chances. We applied alot of pressure by constantly moving the puck on the powerplay but it didn't work out into a goal. Huet was wonderful when he stopped the breakaway from Pittsburgh. His puck handling was "ameliorated". I just realized that it was Sabourin, not Conklin in net. Thank god refs called the diving penalty on Ruutu... I think they are trying to put some Sidney Crosby in the match! xd I find that Gorges plays with much more confidence, since he's making better plays. Bad ending though. Pittsburgh gets a Powerplay in late 2nd and earlie 3rd.
Final: Urgh! 2-0 Lost... I'm pretty sure Karma had something to do with this game... There was probably to many Habs fan thinking this would be an easy game without Crosby and celebrated earlie... But Montreal has nothing to reproche themselves, 'cept the fact that they didn't play on some occasions. Sabourin did a good job stopping pucks... *sigh* One more lost at home... Hoorray.... Huet has been playing very well. I'm surprise that he doesn't look tire one bit. Man... It was really amazing when a Pens touched the puck... I had a feeling they would lose... Montreal gets shuts down offensively for a second time this season.
