i'm not promising all five minutes
Mother knows best
Well, it's official. My mom was totally right about me. She said I was gonna do it again, and she was right. I didn't believe her, but now look at me -- or don't. Seriously, though, if my friends find out they're gonna hate me. My grandma sure seemed to when she found out, and in the most inopportune place -- church! Holy frickin' cow, man. My cousin and my brother keep on teasing me about it, and I can't figure out for the life of me why. My grandpa hasn't really reacted yet, and I'm not entirely sure he even knows. If he does know, he just doesn't care. My grandma, on the other hand, takes every opportunity to lecture me about talking to someone about it. My aunt Tracy -- as Ange said, we're not even blood related; she's my mom's step sister for Pete's frickin' sake -- said that if I lived with her she'd make sure I never did it again. I think she forces her kids to smile. I feel so sorry for poor Steph and Joey -- which is weird, since I'd usually hate them 'cause Joey's a poser and Steph's just a dork. Still, though, she said if I felt like hurting myself, she could do it for me just fine. I shudder to think what happened when that total cow -- no, literally, she's huge (and she thinks I'm fat?) -- found out Joey got a tat. *shudders* I didn't need that mental image at all. At the very least I could fool Steph into thinking they were cat scratches, but it makes me wonder what the hell even justifies it as any of their frickin' business. Only Ange understands me, since she's done it before, but she kinda stopped after a while. She used the same excuse (cat scratches) when her mom found out, so I'm really hoping Grandma didn't tell Aunt Marcia about any of this. If they started talking or anything, I'd fear for Ange most, in all honesty. I hope Grandma doesn't find out any time when I'm up here in Wisconsin; I don't think I want to see it. But back to the issue at hand here: It's my arm, right? If I wanna steal a knife -- it's just one knife; she's got about twenty more in that drawer, and it was small compared to all them other swords she's got sitting in there -- and cut my arm up with it -- that's right, I said MY ARM -- then it's my choice, and it's none of their frickin' business! ... God, I hope Kayla didn't read this....
