This story tells about a 15 year old prince, Nathan, who runs away from home after finding out the King of Landrath was going to kill him and his family.This tells about his adventures and the friends he meets.

Chapter 1

Last night as Nathan ran away in the dark, he hit his head on a tree branch and fell on his back.As daylight woke, he felt a force pushing on him.As he slowly opened his eyes the sun's light went into his eyes.He then heard a deep but kind voice saying,"I think he's beginning to wake."At this, Nathan began to lift himself up, but suddenly fell back to the ground.Evidently his back was still hurting from when he fell on his back last night."Help him up will you!" said another voice from beside him.Then, Nathan felt warm hands lift him up into a sitting position.As his eyes got used to the brightness, he discovered he was looking at a dwarf and elf!The dwarf was still holding him up, and the elf sat at his feet."What are you guys going to do to me?" asked Nathan in a worried voice?"Why nothing bad of course," answered the elf."Although, you look in pretty bad shape.I guess we could give you some hospitality."Then, the dwarf lifted him up and hung him around his shoulders."Shall we go back to home and treat this boy?"asked the dwarf."Yes we should," answered the elf as he got up.Then, the dwarf did the same and followed the elf.
