Well, actually, they're here. Yup, that's right, my family has been invaded by Finland. The invasion took place a while ago, before Winter Break. It consisted of one Anu, a girl who is 4 years older than me and a senior at a local high school. She's pretty cool, despite the conclusion you might have made based on the first three sentences of this journal entry. She runs track for the highschool, draws AfreakinMAZING art, and does Origami. Actually, I'm not sure how much on the origami anymore. I still need to get two of my instruction books back.
Anywho...Tcheah! In case you're wondering why she's here, that's simple: Foreign Exchange Student. Why coming so late? Well, that's a bit more complicated: She was placed with another family, but that didn't really work out so AFS (the program she traveled with) called us up, because we'd already expressed an interest in hosting. We made a very rapid decision, and...she's been here ever since.
So, I guess...Go Finland!

The Book Of Remembrance and Forgetting
Hopefully, mostly remembrance. My New Year's Resolution this year was to keep a journal...this isn't exactly a chronicle of my exploits (though at times it becomes such) as a stream-of-conciousness narrative. Enjoy.
