OMG!! I made the most fabulous scones the other day! I am so excited! We got to put in whatever we wanted, so I put in candied orange peel and chocolate chips. I didn't like scones because the only ones I had every had were as hard as a dang rock. These were so flaky and soft, and delicious. I was so pleased with the results I almost jumped into the air and never came back. I love cooking. You have so many choices. I swear I'm the happiest person in the world when I'm in the kitchen... as long as I'm baking. I'm so bad at regular cooking it's not even funny. I mean I can slide by, but definitely not as a profession. I'm glad I didn't go for the whole class! sweatdrop
