Here is a joke.

The president was in a classroom and he asked "what is the meaning of the word tragedy."

one girl raised her and and said, "If I was out in a cornfield and was run over by a tractor."
"no," the president said, "that would be an accident."

Another girl raised her hand and said," if our school bus drove off of a cliff,"
"no," the president said again, "that would be a great loss."
nobody raised their hand except for little johnny in the back of the class.
"if you were flying air force one and an ally ship shot you that would be a tragedy"
"yes," the president said, "do you know why?"
little johnny again raised his hand. "yes?" the president said.
Little johnny said," because it wouldn't be a great loss, and it probably wouldn't be an accident either.
