OMG! eek
I had such a fun time doing the speech! My friend went crazy and I sat in a corner and laughed. It was sooooo fun! It lasted close to 30 minutes and we had a couple of questions. None that we couldn't answer. xp But when we got to the library to set up we ran through our speech rather quickly to get the feel. Well that went like crap. We practicaly laughed through the whole thing. Then when it came time to do it infront of the workshop goers, it well super well! I got a free manga too! It rocked!! I hope to do it again. I wasn't nervous at all which surprized me. I'm usually nervous when I do speeches. Maybe it was because I had one of my best friends there with me and that I enjoyed what I was talking about. I don't know. xp
Well anywho, my friend bought me an early birthday present. Like two months early! whee She got me a cell phone charm! It's a beaded doggie! It soo cute! I just can't let my mom know.
Oh did I mention that my school's Homecoming dance is the day before my birthday?! So it's like the whole dance is for me!! heart Lol. I'm just soo cool that they did it for me. Lmao. But the thing is, I don't know if someone will ask me. It would be nice and all to have a date to a dance and have it be your birthday the next day. It would be like hanging out with a guy for your birthday or something. Did that make any sense? I would just like to go with someone. So maybe if I and a few friends spread the word, I might have someone ask me. But I highly doubt it.
