How I feel for the time being........

Pain I have this pain in my heart and what do I do about it.. Do I ignore the hurt..... and push on....... I feel this is the best thing to do, Hold, bottle, strangle, smother, deny...... Cut all the loses ends and those that cause me pain. distance my self...... till there is no more.........
