There's a girl staring out her window,
On a rainy Sunday night,
She can't face school on Monday,
Those girls own't let her speak out.
There's this boy, & every day he says,
"Emma, I love you."
& every day she replies,
"Can't we just be friends?"
The rain is pouring harder,
On Monday morning,
Emma cries on his shoulder again,
Her shcooldays are anything but boring.
It's so hard for her to learn,
Those girls are always on her mind,
& she only cries more,
One day she'll find,
She's not alone.
Not alone.
There's this boy & every day he says,
"Emma, I love you."
& every day she cries,
"Can't we just be friends?"
One day Emma wakes up,
She remembers his face,
& she recognizes this feeling...
He's someone she can't replace.
There's this girl & every day she says,
"Aiden, I think I love you."
& every day he replies,
"You had your chance."
It's so hard for her to learn,
That one boy is always on her mind...

Hannah Horror's poems.
Pretty much mostly poetry that I write when I'm bored.
