Roses are a sign of love
They're delicate as a person's heart
Yet with each rose there are thorns
They're there because love does hurt

A red rose is a symbol of love
to me, it isn't that
The red is blood
Blood from cutting yourself
to ease the pain of being hurt by love

White rose
It means friendship
IT says
I don't love you but
I still want you as my rebound

Pink rose
I'm not fond of pink
so what I say here is biased
This rose says you're cute
I want you as my booty call

Black rose
Wilted and dying
Our love is dying
It's wilting and withering
Our love is dried up

A blue rose
the most beautiful of them all
unique and lovely
when a man gives you this beautiful rose
He says that you're beautiful

you're unique
you're the most beautiful rose of them all
