Darkness

A cold embrace,
Of hatred and malice,
One that will hold you,
Until the end of time,
It pulls you in,
With its tendrils of despair,
Waiting for your fears to take hold,
Then snatch you away,
To a world of,
Everlasting black,
Where not a speck of hope,
Will ever be found,
The light will never reach you,
Not even when you die,
You will be there forever more,
In that cacoon you allowed,
Yourself to be encased in,
One of Malice and hate,
One of Everlasting black,
One of....Darkness.
