Well our school recently hosted a food expo which all of the culinary program's students were required to enter. It was quite a task, but after five days our group was done and well ahead of schedule. We made a Raspberry Jam (Gelee de Framboise) with a White Chocolate Mousse (White Chocolate Mousse-Creme Anglaise Bavaroise). Our team won "Chef's Choice" for best dessert, but, unfortunately, won nothing else. Here are some pictures I took.
