Ellie has decided that Kayli will inherit the diplomatic/ trade sanctions she has set up. Even though they were created under the name of Von Karthaig- they were entered under the legal name of Lady Elise Von Carthaig – Martens-Laiais and copyrighted as such. She set it up as an independent, self-financed trade- name, which just happens to be based at Von Karthaig village and castle.
It was something her father had been working on with Doc Reiche but was turned over to her during the 12 years she spent as a doctor and teacher while her first twins were growing up. Business is quite lucrative and Kayli is practical. Her mate also has managerial experience.
Mirai gets Von Karthaig the territory but Kayli will have Von Carthaig the trading company. Since Von Carthaig provides a lot of Von Karthaig’s legally gained affluence now, it is a good thing Mirai and Kayli have cordial relationship.

Even though the Imp’s prefer it at their fathers Ellie still doesn’t want to leave them with nothing.
Ellie decides that Jazz will inherit Ellie’s underworld empire and the orphan schools, which she will do well with and care for properly.
To her twin A.J. Ellie leaves a vault full of moderately priceless relics as he was married by an heiress (needs to get her Bride Price from somewhere and having your own independent financial capital can't hurt) and he is quite happy working for his brother Sly Fox or his dad.
Sly Fox wants to give the underworld contacts he’s made/inherited to his son rather than his brother.
Ellie has suggested that A.J. and Jazz start getting involved in the Underworld Empire Ellie’s Hounds and older Gene A. kids are currently handling solo.
He and Jazz are both to be executives in the Underground Empire (U.G.E) as long as they continue to make it work against the child sellers ring. They are to keep an eye out for areas that could use a make over and report it to Ellie or start work on it themselves depending. They can also recruit as they wish. Ellie trusts them.
