today my phone rang... For me this is a surprise because no one ever calls me. This phone call was my freind Kyle from band. He has informed me that he had to quite band for football. Stupid idea I thought, but it's his decision. He told me that people are spreading rumors that he has completely turned his back on everyone in the band and wants my advice. Simply put; I told him that if they were truely his friends, then they would respect his choice in the path he chose to walk along. Now, that is a good point, but at what cost. Such an outlook could cause one to lose all he has come to know. Will he be able to hold his ground against his own life-long friends... Would you be able to do it??
