i walk into the village, and i don't know what to say.....everything is destroyed!. the village has been burned to the ground, i begin to look for survivors.

as i climb through the wreckage of what was the village tavern i can smell something strange..... but i recognize it......it makes me gag.....it's the smell of blood and burned flesh. "what the hell happened here?" i muttered as i looked over the carnage.

i leave the remains of the building and walk among the buildings, something catches my eye, something up ahead laying on the floor. as i get closer the figure becomes clear.....it's a young girl....she's been burned so badly her how body was black...i reached down and touch her wrist.....i nearly vomit as it crumbles under my fingers... "this is sick" i say as i hold my hand over my mouth.

i hear a moan from a building, quickly i look up and run over to the building grabbing the wreckage and thowing it to one side, an old man lay underneath me... his eyes sad and pitiful, i kneel next to him "old man what happened here?"i ask,
he looks up at me "where....were yo..yo..you?" he groaned "wha-?, you know me?" i ask quickly "old man you know who i am?" "i..thought.....i...did....but you....you...left us....for..dead!" he shouted, his voice full of anger, i felt a lump in my throat "i did what?, what happened here old man?" i asked unsure about the situation, "they came......you didn't........they burned us all........and you never.....came to.....stop them" losing my patience i lift him slightly "old man where did they go?", he said nothing but he raised his arm and pointed north.

the old man died in my arms, i buried the dead, the sun was setting by the time i had finished, i looked north my hands coated in blood, a unexplainable rage was building within me so much it was beginning to hurt....quite literally....a slight burning sensation ran up and down my back, i forced it to the back of my mind i owed these people big time.......and i'm gonna pay up, i quickly head north hoping to catch upto whoever did this before they reach another village.....
