The sun beamed down onto me as i walk across the land, i see a village ahead of me, "well i can stay there for today and i will move on in the morning " i think to myself.
as i walk into town i can feel eyes on me from all over, feeling somewhat uncomfortable i walk into the tavern. as i look around i don't recognize anyone,
i walk upto the bar and pull up a stool " hey barkeep, got any rooms available?....and i'm looking for someone" i say to him, he turns around "ahh shadow, your rooms upstairs and i believe the woman you were with left you something" he said calmly as he cleaned a glass.
"wait you know me?" i face him "and what woman?" i ask nearly standing up,
"are you feeling ok shadow?" he asked looking somewhat confused "i don't know who i am.... i can't remember anything" i quickly explained.
He looked at me curiously "ok shadow look i know you, you have stayed here for a while now, and the woman you were with is someone i don't know, she had dark hair, look go upstairs get some rest and i will see if i can find a mage that might be able to help" he says with care in his voice.
i nodded gratefully as i got up "which rooms mine?" i ask "oh second on the left" he smiled, i walk upstairs and enter my room, i quickly lay down on the bed "well i might as well get some sleep for now...hopefully tomorrow i will know".....i think to myself as i drift off to sleep
