Walking in the darkness as I do every night, looking for answers that I know are close, this night sleepless like all the others, the days restless as usual. I rest and search and move and learn, I am alone, I travel alone, searching for my light that I lost so long ago, long before I even left home, home I have none now I am alone all day and all night hearing peoples secrets, guiding lost souls on there ways and still being lost myself, I fallow the singing in my heart it tells me I am near, my angel soon to appear but until then I am alone, hark I hear the song so clear and yet no she is not there, when I try and sleep she is all I can see all I can think about, her beauty so bright that her face I can not see, her voice so beautiful that I run to her and yet I have no sleep even when I have thoughts of her I do not rest. The darkness is getting to me now, my vision darkening, I’ve been in the dark to long, I’ve been without rest way to long and yet I cant stop my search for her, I hear the singing and I know I’m getting closer, soon I know, closer and closer I can feel her, I can hear her and I can feel her, her arms around me yet she’s not there. My body cant take it much longer my angel where is she?
Wait is that her? I see a light, my body wont move anymore, this is it, the light is coming closer and closer, the sound isn’t her singing yet I can still hear it behind the screeching. Its coming closer and there’s no stopping it now, once the light hit me, everything was calm again, my angel there beyond the light the whole time, there she is singing for me, waiting, her arms wide open for me, I embrace her and I feel nothing but warmth, the singing continues, I close my eyes and finally I rest, sleeping in the arms of an angel
