And the silence persisted
As my vision was twisted
Waiting for the tears to run
Wondering when this would all be done
But when it seemed like I was through
I turned that next corner and ran into you
You stood by me and answered my call
And held me steady when I thought I would fall
You saved my life, my heart, and my soul
And reminded me of all my lost goals
So I'd like in turn to do the same for you
Wether you like it or not I care for you too
So let's all stand together and hold our ground
We'll show them that we can't just be pushed around
They can taunt us and tease us till they're blue in the face
But in the end they know that they can't change our place
