I would like to start my journal of with my own story. Don't be surprised if it is long. It took me three intermissions while typing it in the thread...

Once long ago there lived a warrior by the name of Ranoras. The world was at war and Ranoras had given up everything for a chance at fighting the greatest warriors who had lived. Ranoras Serone and his best friend set off in search of challenges and soon found themselves in a massive battlefield. When they appeared the fighting seemed to stop and the soldiers looked at the two men. They unsheathed thier swords and started to slaughter the soldiers. During the battle a small dagger had stabbed Ranoras through the heart and as Ranoras took his dying breaths he promised his friend he would wait for him. Ranoras woke up soon afterwards and found himself in Setra. It was here where spirits could choose to live or be passed on to thier final judgement. Ranoras gave up his chance of heaven to guide his friend to heaven personally. He meditated many years in Setra waiting for his friend, until the day that a demon, Rashika, came to attack Ranoras. Ranoras fought the demon and nearly beat him. As Rashika was about to be defeated he found a nearby spirit and grabbed it. Ranoras' friend had finally died and now was in danger. Rashika grinned seeing Ranoras stop. With a laugh that made the skin crawl Rashika destroyed the spirit and having been destroyed before his final judgement would no longer get the chance to live. Ranoras' skin felt a burning sensation as he lept forward to kill Rashika who was still taunting him. He was becoming a demon but he didn't care. He just wanted revenge on Rashika. It was then that he turned into a deomn becoming what he most resembled, a fox. He went to kill Rashika and hit him so hard that he sent Rashika's spirit back to world of the living.
Ranoras found a way back into the world as a demon and begin killing hundreds in search of Rashika and fought that with each kill he became less of what he had once been until he killed for sport. A wise mage thinking that Ranoras could be turned back created a talisman that sealed him in Setra and closed it off to humans so that all would pass on to thier final judgement without delay...
*present day*
Ranoras awoke to the sound of something crashing against the forest floor. It looked like a young man, but it resembled his old friend. The boy forced himself up from the ground and started yelling, "Kelly, Kelly! Where are you." Another guy walked over saying, "Bryce I am right here. You okay? That sure was one hell of a fall, but where are we now?" Ranoras broke into a run coming straight at the two boys. Bryce woke up in bed gasping for air. He could swear that the dream was real. He had even seen his friend Kelly in it. "What was that fox running at me? It didn't look normal." Bryce looked around and seeing the clock put and some clothes and ran the two miles to school so he wouldn't be late. As he met Kelly in the cafeteria, Kelly was telling his dream which was oddly enough the same as Bryce's.
In about a month Kelly and Bryce realized that they have stumbled into an immense world that they can reach through thier dreams, but some how they became trapped and could not escape. It was then as well when they were seperated. There had been a war in Setra in which a king had found a rare type of Ruby which he had been using to control soldiers, and even demons. Ranoras had been captured and forced against his will to hunt down the Chosen of Setra as they were called. They were several humans said to be able to defeat the greatest demons and restore order to Setra. One of them was named Bryce. It was coincidence that Bryce was being attacked by an assasin when Ranoras found him. Bryce tripped onto the ground not yet seeing Ranoras. Ranoras threw the assasin against a tree and ripped out his throat. Bryce brought himself off the ground to see mist forming around him. It nearly choked him and in an instant it was gone. On the ground of the forest lied a collar with a ruby imbedded in it. Bryce turned and ran as fast as he could to the only place in Setra he knew. It was Crecsent Lake. He felt as though his insides were on fire. A voice started talking to him. "Thank you for allowing my freedom." Bryce's whole body started shaking and the mist appeared again. Ranoras left the boy at the lake knowing he would be safe and felt for once more human than he was used to. He thought to himself how one good action could have made up for his past sins. He now began to wonder if he could once again be human. This thought was pushed out of his head the second he caught sight af an unlucky passerby. As Ranoras was about to finish the passerby something stopped him. He just could not do it. He started remembering what he had once been and all the memories came flooding bask so that he became dizzy. Bryce had just found Ranoras when he began to see the fox shining. The light nearly blinded Bryce. The light would not dim but Ranoras kept it within himself. He now knew what he must do. He must safegaurd this human. Setra would once again be as it was and the demon who had destroyed his friend would be destroyed with the others. The light faded and dissapeared showing Bryce the true form of a once shattered soul. The man came over and whispered in Bryce's ear, "I think you are in need of a gaurdian angel."
