Years together become small compared to what you have asked of me. To rule you, to own you, to protect you, help you grow, make you what you feel is better. My angel, you are practically perfect to me so the task you set me on is a difficult one. However for you, well, you know that I could deny you nothing.

So wear that collar, know my mark upon your skin, the feel of my love hard upon you with words that sting and heal. With a flick of my wrist and a lash of leather, I will teach you what you begged to be taught. With my words, I will speak commands to make you happy. With the ropes I bind you down, I will make you truly free.

Others will see cruelty where you know kindness. Where they might see restraint, you feel freedom. The order I bring seems harsh but it is the most mercy you have ever been given. I know this because it is what you asked for with those pleading eyes and trembling lips. The power I have comes from you, my dear slave. The strength I have is only because I have you.

I wax on about sentimentality but I do not forget the rest. I have seen the shudder in your muscles when I growl. I have felt the moans of your submission tickling my ear. I have felt you tremble before me but with the most hidden of smiles. Like a cat in the night, I am upon you. My teeth upon you leave a mark to last the night but you will feel it for the rest of the day. The crack of leather on your hide teases out such noises that make such a heady wine, I can't help by smile. The anticipation of dragging it over your skin before that last crack with my hand in your hair, so divine.

Let them call me a tyrant. Let them call me cruel. I am your master. I own you, thrill you, and most of all, cherish you. It is with eyes open you came to me, meek and yearning but when you close those eyes, it is my arms that will hold you safe. I bring the order you sought and you give the love that sustains me.
