If you are reading for the first time today you need to remember that this is done for entertainment purposes only. If not you already know this. For anyone ready I have an announcement. Each and every week I will be producing a new rant from now on. I have decided to go from doing them once every couple weeks to once a week. In addition, I have realized how sparatic the release of each rant I have produced have become. As such, I will be releasing a schedule for my rantings release later today. As usual I work very hard on my rants so please do not plagiarize my works as they are the end result of a lot of time. Thank you for that. Regardless I hope in the near future to gain more viewers every week and possibly even subscriptions to my rantings. Thank you all for your reading and have fun reading this week's rant. Remember, as always my rants can be found both in my journal and in the forums.

Rant 003 – Noobs, A Legacy of Anger and Annoyance:

Noobs. The scourge of all true players of any game. They can be really fun and just looking to play the game, or they could just be seeking a way to bite off your head. Either way they are truly the biggest pains in the neck of any game. What does any of this have to do with anything? Well, it has everything to do with this week's rant, wrapping up my talks about Noobs. This time, instead of being focused upon one thing they do, I am going to focus on the whole thing, because, let's face it, every game has them. And it seems like every game they are just simply obnoxious. Most of the time they ask questions that have simple answers, and not just to pros, questions I have even seen other Noobs answering. And it's like, ok, just look at it. I mean they have the most broken sentences ever. It is so annoying it makes other players wish that they could just use some sort of anti-noob ray gun and destroy their avi. Either that or just get rid of all of them for good. Now, there is one problem when it comes to Noobs that everyone forgets, sadly every player started out as a newbie. Now is there a difference between newbies and Noobs? Well here it is. Newbies are fresh players, eager to learn but not all that annoying and mildly literate, learning how to spell better and better as they go. Noobs, they are just annoying as soon as they start, and half the time they don't ever change by the time they have been on for a year even. Now seriously, the things they do just puzzle me. I simply cannot understand why somebody would just decide to ask stupid questions like “Where do I buy a car?” or “How do I spend gold?” and seriously, you are probably asking “Brightstar, have you really seen these things? I bet you're making it up.” like it is some kind of huge joke, aimed at dissing Noobs. But seriously, I see these questions every couple of days. I mean I have seen worse than that even. Someone once asked where to find the games. Ok, seriously, hover over the big button that says Games or else just click it. I mean ok, it isn't even that hard to find or do it, so why the heck do they ask?!? It's because they are freaking NOOBS!!! And Noobs ask stupid questions!!! Alright, so by now if you are a Noob you are probably pretty mad at me but if you are a pro, you are likely happy someone is preaching it about these nuisances. But if you are a Noob reading this, just do us all a favor and try and help out your Noob friends and figure stuff out instead of asking dumb questions. If not, then it is ok. Regardless of this, keep reading on. Noobs also have a nasty habit of trying to pick huge fights with people for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I mean you could hit them with popcorn or a water balloon and they would seriously begin to harass you and get mad and chew you out. Now, this is just dumb because an internet fight is like the dumbest thing in the world, nobody can win because guess what? It is just a bunch of freaking pixels! Dots on a freaking screen, usually made of glass or whatever it is plasma screens are made from now days! So guess what? Internet fights are pointless. I swear whenever I see one I look at it and laugh at it anymore because it is just that dumb to start one and they are funny to watch. Now as a special edition of this rant, at the end I will try and present a clip of this in my journal version if I can find one by midnight tonight. And I will do this just to show you how funny this is. But anyways, back to my rant. My one thing I really hate that Noobs do is this: their grammar stinks. Half the time you can't understand them because they are “tlakin leik tihs”. Yeah, annoying huh? But I guess illiteracy is kinda universal, but you still catch more Noobs doing it than anyone else. So yeah, I apologize for that one. I suppose though simply put, the other issues I described in my last two rants are huge complaints as well because they are so bad. So if you think I am leaving something out, it is likely because it was in a past rant. Otherwise I think I have summed it all up into a nice rant today. So am I leaving anything out? Well, there may be one last thing. Noobs ask for things they should not have or cannot even begin to afford. For instance, I wear a Lunar Cloak if you cannot tell. I also have a Death whisper I just leave in Bow form because I haven't wanted to wear any of the newer evolutions of it as of yet. Anyways, Noobs will ask me every time I go into towns or rallies for them for like 3-20k. Now, I challenge you to check the marketplace value on those two items in a new tab or window. Go on and check it real quick. Now tell me that those items are worth selling for 3-20k when if I wanted to sell them I could get as much as what the marketplace wants for it. And I mean it isn't just that, sometimes they ask what I am wearing when they could clearly look in my profile and find out. So in reality, you may ask “Is this annoying?” if you do ask that then here's your answer, Yes, it is very annoying! But hey, this is getting a lot longer than I had expected. So I am gonna wrap it up. And I will include a bonus later for anyone visiting my journal version. It will include a few screenshots if I can find them, and a top 10 list on ways to spot a Noob. But for those of you reading here, you get an exclusive too. My top 5 ways to annoy a Noob. But before that, next week we are going off the Noob topic and going on to a newer topic. So look out for my schedule for my rants later today in my journal and for my future rants, because things are only getting juicier from here with my rants! 5) Make fun of their profile
4) Throw an object at them (water balloons, snowballs, fire, etc.)
3) Laugh at them and say something bad about their avatar
2) Make fun of the way they talk
1) Flame them in every way possible and show them how annoying they really are by imitating them.
