Well the 6 months of training is finally up and now here's what they offer me.

23000 a year plus benifits with the new title of Communications Assistant.
($11.04 an hour for those of you wondering how much I'd be making an hour)

I've been hearing advice from a few friends one half says 30000 or indicate your 2 weeks notice.

Others say I should keep the job but keep looking for a new one.

I still haven't come with a final decision about this.. but I shall have to see what they say.

They've bumped it up to 25000... now what confused
It is still under what I should be making... I'm still leaning toward quitting the job.
