I felt myself giving into my love for Tara. She is so beautiful with her chestnut colored hair and beautiful brown eyes. Me, I’m just a guy with very dark grey hair (in which part of it covers one eye) and red eyes. The red eyes come from my family, The Sheikah.

One day I was with my friend, Mavik, and he asked me, “Soren, um,…how do you feel about Tara?” “I…I uh love her.” I felt the corners of my mouth move up into a smile.

The bushes surrounding us rustled. Someone grabbed me from behind. It was Tara, Mavik was no where in sight. I turned around and held her, I held her face in-between my hands and said, “Tara I do truly love you.”

“I love you too.” She said as she kissed my cheek. I pulled her back so I could give her a real kiss. She wrapped her arms around my neck.

“Tara!” I heard someone yell. I turned around and saw her brother, Colin.

“Soren, I have to go.” She said as she got up to leave. She ran to him and they left. For the next few days I haven’t seen Tara. I was starting to get worried, but today I saw her in town. I ran up to her and asked, “Tara why haven’t I seen you?” I gave her a hug but she pushed me away.
