It is Atlantis, that is, the place described is, but the riddle tells you not to name it, meaning thats not the answer.
Island was the closest, along with beach, but they're still pretty far. Think though, what do they have in common? As opposed to Lighthouse at Pharos and Venice being significantly farther, but about the same as far.
Tangible.... Tangible... Hum. Hard to say, its really an opinionated subject for this. If you can say a city is tangible then yes. Not any city, but just city in general
First line refers to the adage, 'To err is human.'
The fact that it uses 'build' instead of 'built' is significant.
