Dying In Your Arms

What a wonderful way for my soul to fade,
soon to rest it will be laid.
No tears, no sadness, please don't go away.
I want my life to end happily here.
Dying in your arms on my last day.
The light of Heaven is coming, and away from it I run.
I don't want to leave you yet, but my body is trapped inside this net.
Being torn away from you, this life I can't bear to lose.
So hold me closer, and hold me tight.
I don't want to be ripped away from you, and be devoured by the light.
I know the angels will welcome me, but I'm holding onto my own angel right now.
Going to Heaven in this moment, is something my heart won't allow.
I want to stay in your arms forever. So please come with me,
and in Heaven you'll see, that we can always be.....
