I've always greatly enjoyed fishing on Gaia. I remember the painstaking saving-up of gold for the purchase of my first rod, a Basic Rod Plus, which I still cherish and use <3, remember spending hours sitting at Gambino (the middle ground, as Bassken was far too easy, and Durem, with a Basic Rod, far too hard), hoping for the next fish to be a trout biggrin . My return to Gaia found this love of mine undiminished, my skill at the sport only increased in the absence. I immediately bought my dream rod - the Performace Rod, and was ecstatic when, in the discovery of the new MMO, zOMG, and through the sale of several unbound rings, I was able to upgrade my rod biggrin Fishing is now quite easy <3 ^_^ I'd realized, however, that I truly didn't know much about the tactics and practices of the game, so I peeked into forums for a quick look around. I found a great many helpful topics on the subject, and am now well educated on the terms and practical applications of things such as bait degradation, filtering, and the use of junk as tradeable acquisitions XD (I, however, rarely trade fish... unless the item is something I have a yen for, or is worthwhile to sell razz smile ) Nowdays, I happily fish at Durem, often positioning myself at the top left corner of the tank to best view the spectacular scenery visible from that angle biggrin

Before you insult a person, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you insult them, you'll be a mile away from them and you'll have their shoes.
