Slightly straying from my original ideal of keeping to Gaia-related topics only, I've decided to inform any curious readers of the upcoming approach of Pi Day XD. The day is March 14. The time is 1:59:26:53. The place is everywhere. XD (A little dramatic flare never hurt anyone whee ^_^). I've been diligently preparing for this eminent day - the one day of the year during which my hobby actually has some value biggrin - by stuffing my head with even more numbers biggrin . Thus far, I have over 350 memorized, and another hundred coded, ready to be added to the string floating in my mind. My only regret is that there is no competition... it almost doesn't seem worthwhile to memorize these digits... I keep telling myself to set a personal record though ^_^ I'm going for 500 by the end of next year smile It's exponentially harder and harder to memorize the values as the number grows in length... There are some people who astound me though XD I've seen a video of a girl reciting 2000 or more digits surprised It's not necessarily something I aspire to do, but I would like to have at least a thousand downpat wink (Too many music videos, perhaps? XD)
